Episode begins with Anupama serving tea to Baa Babuji as Vanraj sits there alone looking glum. Kavya returns from work and makes a hue n cry about her busy day and hectic schedule and her abusive Boss Mr Dholakia .
Vanraj asks her to make some tea for him as he was having a headache . She states she was too tired to do it . Asks him to help himself .
VanYa have heated argument over this matter ,
Baa Babuji ask them to go fight in their own room .
Van tells Kavya that even Anupama returned home after a whole days worn but she served tea to baa and Babuji , Kavya asks him to stop comparing her with Anupama a and she was NOT anupama and refuses to become like her . Reminds Vanraj the pat he liked Kavya because she was not like Anupama .
She asks Anupama to relax after a whole days work as she too needed rest , she had just recovered from illness and surgery . Kavya suggests they employ a whole time maid .
Rakhi enters with Kinjal and agrees with Kavya. Kinjal too needed respite from kitchen and housework and concentrate on her career . Kinjal and Anupamaa protest saying their maid Jhilmil had gone to native for few days n would return soon . Then they would be relieved . Kavya and a Rakhi refuse to wait until then as it was uncertain. Kavya announces she was hiring trained maid from agency. Anupama warns a maid would need whole time supervision. Anupama asks her to think of themselves and she would take care of baa Babuji and the children .
Kavya asks her to stay out of VanYa matter .
In their room Kavya tries to calm n be sweet to Vanraj but their argument restarts . Van is really frustrated .
In her room Anupama is wrapping return gifts for her students as they had gifted her so many things . Samar come sn gives her helping hand . They mother n son have adorable moments of bonding and they sing n dance together .
Vanraj notices their dancing in happy gay abandon . Anupama stops and assures Van that everything will be OK
Just as Good times are short live so bad times are short lived too .she shares his pain and boosts his sinking morale . Van is happy and smiles n decides to try again .
