I can relate to every aspect of their relationship be it the enmity at the university then meeting as colleagues then awkwardness of the proposal then getting married, zaroon's liking for her mannerisms (not straight away defining it as love like a high school romeo) then getting to know each other post marriage, beautifully adjusting into each other's poles apart worlds and then kahin jaa ke I can rightfully say falling in love... it's nothing but beautiful and absolutely realistic.. that's how generally happens in arranged marriages.. their's was not actually an arranged marriage but more so towards that side.
Yes even I relate to Kashaf on so many levels. I think any girl from a normal middle class background would. I won't say she was a pessimist but really very practical and honestly hardships in life do make you like that.. I say that from experience because I'm one of those kinds.
P.S. A girl like Kashaf in PS or any other ITV show is impossible to be recreated for me.. they will drag some sort of cliche drama into that as well! She is one of a kind!
Pakistani dramas are of its own kind, few are truly well done and few even if not so good we can complete them with their limited plot. Humsafar is one good example, I specifically didn't like the drama much but if we take the same plot with an indian drama I bet it can actually run a 1000 or maybe more no. of episodes. I specifically liked one character out of many pak dramas I watched and I still adore it, that's the unapologetically strong headed Anmol of Dil Lagi and her story with Mohid is worth repeat watching for me.
