For those who feel he is ordinary, I have this to say:-

He elevates the ordinary into ‘special’. It is his voice that touches your heart.

Have you ever cringed on his high notes?
He doesn’t need unnecessary alaaps, still brings in his own tadka

Whether RockOn with drums or a ghazal with the harmonium, or the numerous romantic numbers with all other instruments, this guy stands apart. Even when was not in his element, he was still the best.
Added to the talent, is his humility. As pointed out he never asks votes for just himself.
More power to him! Congratulations.

He is a complete SINGER , he knows n can sing classical, folk, as well as rock n pop

He has sung romantic, heartbreak,Sufi, gazal,rock,party pop, patriotic, folk with a tint of Arabic too , done a falsetto in a duet with SMP, sung old melodies n even today's remake songs , sung in low , medium and high notes

Ik many others have done that too but what makes it different in Pawan's case is that his voice does justice to all these songs idk how but it's magic n he even sings the song the way it is meant to be sung , no UNNECESSARY variations but still you feel that his is not copying the style (which he isn't) but the song is made for him only to sing✨ he patiently delivers each n every sound of the word as a result we feel the authentic essence of the song n thus he's termed to have the best emotional connect!

Now let's talk about the cherry on the cake the instruments! N even if PD didn't knew any instrument to play then also people would love him like the way they do now !

The no. of instruments played by PD is beyond our comprehension n he does it so freaking perfectly!

Guitar, keyboard (piano n he can also play drums on it), tabla, dholak,harmonium ,drums , mouth organ , mandolin , handpan (majority of us don't even know what it is) , can use guitar as tabla/dholak and guitar at the same time(makes it another out of the world instrument) donno what else he can play

N the most important thing! His nature , his humbleness , honesty,care, about everyone around him ,his purity n sanity is visible in his eyes n smile , his absolute selfless genuine nature is what captivated the people Varna fame to ek Gopi bahu n Rashi ko bhi Mila tha n pawri ho rhi he waali ladki ko , it's that easy nowadays to come in limelight but to attain place in people's heart n Thier respect is much more difficult!

The reason y his fans are soo concerned n possessive about him is him only ! He is too precious for this world n too all those who have heard him.

Omg I have written soo much 😆 but koi baat nhi PD pe to me book likh du Puri ki Puri😆

I think these are fake lists and surveys.

How can someone like Pawandeep be compared with icons like Kapil, Madhuri, Neha and Shilpa who have been there in the entertainment industry for so long, have such great body of work and are big superstars? It's a joke. Indian Idol seems to be paying these fake sites to promote their favourite contestant.

This is not a ‘ comparison’. It is a popularity poll of non-fiction tv personalities. Nobody is comparing here. We may or may not agree. For instance, I can’t believe Neha is in the list at all, much less an icon. 😳. But that’s my POV. There will be ppl rooting for her.

So Pawandeep is more popular than Neha Kakkar, Madhuri Dixit and Shilpa Shetty. Next month he might even get more popular than Kapil Sharma. What a joke 🤪

Indian Idol team needs to calm down with these fake promotions of their favourite contestant. They are doing it just to build a fake image through these paid surveys so that audience can't point any fingers on them when they announce their undeserving prefixed winner since the start of the show this season. What a sad situation 😔

Irrespective of winner or not PD has more fan followers than other contestants in II. That's a known fact. I don't know about these ratings but I definitely think Madhuri/Shilpa/Neha/Kapil proved themselves and are very very successful in their careers.Also well established in industry. PD may reach them in future but I don't think he is with them yet.
