Stealing the show with smaller roles/supporting roles

Who according to you stole the show despite having a smaller role in the film?

For me:

Karishma in DTPH

Rani in KKHH

Salman in KKHH

Mahima in Dhadkan

Haven’t watched Dhadkan but agree with the other three.

Adding to that:

Sunny Deol in Damini

Rishi Kapoor in Agneepath

Saif Ali Khan in DCH & KHNH (not sure if one can call these smaller roles, but he definitely stole the show from the actual leads)

Also Abhishek in MPKDH ( he is the only one who was watchable in that otherwise bizarre affair)😆

Also did not exactly stole the show but Abhishek left a memorable impression with his tiny miny role in Hum Tum.

Controversial opinion, but: after re-watching Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, I think Hrithik's performance holds up much better than SRK's. Some of SRK's acting choices really didn't age well.

I've said this in another post but, Aditi Rao Hydari always does small roles but shines every time. It is refreshing to watch her despite how little she is shown.

Karisma Kapoor and Rani Mukerji in Dil To Pagal Hai and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai respectively were delightful. But did they steal the show from Madhuri Dixit and Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan?? I don't think so. Not at all.

DTPH is ALL about Madhuri and KKHH is ALL about Kajol.

Salman Khan in KKHH - are you having a laugh???? Even Neelam and Miss Braganza are more memorable.

Mahima Chaudry in Dhadkan was spectacular. She did some of the limelight but neither her nor Shilpa Shetty could get much mileage from the film in the long run.

Anushka Sharma for me was the highlight performance in Jab Talk Hai Jaan. She was perceived as a "supporting actress" in the film, although I'd disagree with that categorisation. And to be frank, it's not that hard to out-act Katrina Kaif... maybe only Sonam Kapoor would struggle in that department.

Parineeti Chopra was said to have stolen the show in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. She was indeed given the best role and was a firecracker.

Madhuri Dixit in Lajja had a very small role, but her performance was BIG, she certainly got more praise than lead Manisha Koirala - who I felt deserved a lot more for her wonderful performance.

Vijay Raaz in Run

I agree with Mahima in Dhadkan. She was fab in it. I loved her in Dhadkan. And especially in the song "Aksar is duniya mein" she was amazing.
