Is it revealed that Sonu attempted suicide once to Ahaan/Raj ? Or they just know regarding what mayank did only

during her confession scene with Karthik , she did say ki Maine apne AAP ko maarne Tak ki koshish Kari thee. Raj and Ahaan defo heard that.

Yes, the very first line when Sonu confessed to Ahaan was Mai to apni jaan dena chahti thi bhaiya so it is revealed.
