This is inspired by the BTS post of disappointed Ahaan at the airport. When he said "abhi bhi kuch dignity or self respect baaki hai" to Ishqi, it kind of made me sad and mad at the same time. So, this is provoked by that sentence. I have written O.S before but never on Ishqaan. This is just for fun....
This starts after Mayank has hit Ishqi on the head.

Ahaan frantically ran picking limp Ishqi in his arms. He was never this scared to this extent in his life before.
She didn't move. He wasn't feeling any blood gushing from her head either. But that didn't mean it was good news. "What if it is completely an internal injury? what if there are clots in her brain?" his thoughts scattered in various directions at 100 miles an hour speed.
Putting her in the back seat, he drove like a maniac to the nearest hospital.
Went on calling her name "Ishqi, can you hear me? open your eyes please, Tumhe kisike baarein mein phikar karne ki zaroorat nahin hai. I will handle everything. I will take care of everything, you please open the eyes" he was crying and was mad at himself for not trusting her and was so scared that he might lose her.
When he pulled in front of the emergency room door, he literally screamed for help. Soon Ishqi was rushed inside and he was left outside to relent in his misery. "I did so wrong by you Ishqi, I am so sorry. I wish I had known about Mayank 's true colors, I wish I had not blamed you walking out on wedding with that dirt bag." he was helpless, hopeless and that was not something he was used to feeling.
He thought "Let me call Karthik and let him know what happened. I don't have Ishqi's Maasi's number, she needs to know too" he dialed Karthik's number.
"Kya hua bhai, aap itne pareshan kyun sound kar rahe ho?" Karthik asked.
"Tum kisi se kuch mat batana aur jaldi city hospital aajao. Mein sab batata hun." Ahaan said "hurry up karthik please", he hung up.
After few minutes which seemed like eternity to him, Karthik showed up.
Here I am not sure how much information is going to be revealed to him tomorrow, so I am not getting into details. We all know that Ahaan knows Mayank is a dirt bag so Ishqi broke the alliance with him and Mayank tried to hurt her.

Ahaan narrated the whole story and explained what a bad guy Mayank is and how he is sorry that he misunderstood Ishqi and ill treated her.
"Mujhe patha hai ke tum kya soch rahe ho." Ahaan told his cousin. "Yahi na ki tum Ishqi ko mujhse behetar jaante ho? haan manta hun ki maine gusse me aake bahut kuch kardiya but I swear Karthik, I will fix everything" he wiped his tears.
"Ishqi koi gudiya nahin hain jo aap usko todo aur baad mein man karen to jodlo. You have broken her very badly bhai. She will be okay with your or without you. But she will not be the same old with you." Karthik added "Not for a very long time. you will have to go through hell to earn her trust back". Karthik patted his brother.
"Bhai, agar aap chaho to mein idhar rukta hun. Aap resort jaake aaram karlo, kuch der baad ajana" Karthik offered looking at his brother's miserable face.
"Nahin, mein theek hun, lekin Mayank ko aise hi chod nahin sakta, isiliye mein jaake dekhta hun ke ho kya raha hain udhar. Lekin tum kuch bhi hojaye, idhar hi rehna, theek hai? till I get back? aur kuch ho to mujhe phone karoge? " Ahaan needed assurance.
"Aur ek baat, mere paas Maasi ki number nahin hain. Tum chachi se leke unko batadoge?" He asked Karthink for another favor turning back.
"I have got this one bhai, you go take care of the bad guy" Karthik pulled his phone out.

Couple of hours later, it was Karthik, Maasi and Karthik's mom talking to the doctor about Ishqi's health while Ahaan frantically searched for Mayank everywhere in the resort. Mayank was gone, vanished from there and he hadn't informed anyone about him leaving. Chachi was nice enough to go in person to let Maasi know about what happened and bring her along to the hospital.
Doctor told them that Ishqi is alright and just has a bad concussion. They would keep her overnight for observation and they have sedated her so they should all go home and rest. Even when Karthik and Chachi insisted on staying with maasi, she told them she would take care of Ishqi and sent them back to resort.
By the time Ahaan could escape from Daadi's, Rhea's probing questions it was few hours and got into his car, Karthik and Chachi were coming back to the resort. So he stopped to ask about the condition.
"Bhai, Maasi hain udhar. Unhone kaha ki woh rahegi Ishqi ke saath. Mera kehna mano, rest karlo aur subah chalte hain aur use leke aate hain." Karthik continued "aur Mayank ka kya hua? Police ko inform kiya?"
"Woh kahin bhi nahin mil raha hain. shayad bhaag gaya. Police ko bulane keliye kuch proof to chahiye na?" Ahaan asked.
"Accha? police ko bulane keliye proof chahiye hoti hain? Yeh pehli baar sun raha hun. Khair, mein jaake sonu se milke aata hun" karthik was annoyed and left with his mother.
"Yeh karthik bhi na, Ishqi ke maaf karne ke saalon baad bhi yeh mujhe yis baat ke baaren mein sunayega" Ahaan muttered and drove to the hospital.
At the hospital, he spoke with Maasi, and when the doctor said they would discharge her the next day, he was elated. "Mein kal subah aaonga aap dononko lene" he told Maasi and started back. He stopped at the register and told them to send the bills to him for Ishqi's treatment and not take anything from her.
He could finally sleep better that night thinking everything is going to be alright.
He had no clue while he slept peacefully, someone was trying to stand on her feet to get ready to leave the place.

At the hospital, Ishqi woke up in the middle of the night. Whatever happened the previous day had shook her to the core.
Maasi stirred and tried to calm Ishqi down. She told what all happened after Isqi fainted.
"Maasi, mujhe ek favor chahiye." Ishqi explained the whole thing to her.
"Tum sure ho ki tumhe yeh karna hain?" Maasi wanted to make sure.
"Haan Maasi, pakka" Ishqi sat up and called for the nurse.
"Mein idhar se jaana chahti hun. Koi mujhe meri bill ke baren mein samjhasakta hain? I want to make arrangements." Ishqi asked.
"Theek hai mam, I will send the accounting person soon, waise bhi doctor ne kaha hain ke aap jasakte hain. Jaane se pehele, mujhe aapka vitals record karna hai" Nurse smiled at Ishqi.
When the nurse called accounting department, she was told about the bill being taken care of by someone named Ahaan Veer Malhotra.
"Ab kya karenge ishqi?" Maasi asked.
"Aap mujhe bata sakte hain ke bill kitna hua hain? Mein pay nahi karoongi but I want to know" Ishqi asked the nurse and nurse got her the details of her bill.

Next morning, Ahaan and Karthik went to the hospital to see Ishqi and Maasi gone from the hospital. Staff told them that she was discharged very early in the moning. "Aapne mujhe phone kyun nahin kiya?" Ahaan shouted at them.
"Bhai, relax, aap ishqi ke lagte kya ho jo yeh log aap ko call karenge?" Karthik wasn't being nice to him.
"Chalo wapas chalte hain. Resort gaye honge" Karthik started toward the door.
"I hope yeh pagal ladki rest kar rahi hain na ki kaam pe lag gayi hai" Ahaan muttered and started walking behind his cousin.
They both went to the quarters where Ishqi and Maasi lived to see a locked door. Ahaan started to panic thinking something happened to her on her way in or "Did Mayank do something?" he literally sprinted towards the office.
The moment manager saw him running, he came to him asking if everything was alright.
"Woh Ishqi, woh nahin hain uske quarters mein. Do you know where she is?" Ahaan asked.
"Yes sir, she left this place and vacated the quarters with her aunt" Manager said. "And .." he was trying to continue to say something.
"Where did she go? did someone make her quit the job? Did someone throw her out?" Ahaan was losing his cool.
"Calm down sir, nobody made her quit. She left by her choice. And here is a package she has left for you." Manager went back to his desk and handed Ahaan a small box.
"Mere liye ishqi ne diya hain?" Ahaan was surprised, shocked, well he didn't know what he was feeling.
"Yes Sir" said the Manager and said "I need to take care of something, I will be back" and he walked away.

"Yeh kya hosakta hai?" Ahaan was looking at the box. It was tiny but neatly packed.
"Kya hua bhai? Rhea keliye gift?" Karthik asked who had come behind Ahaan to find out what was happening?
"Nahin, Ishqi chali gayi idhar se Karthik, yeh chodke gayi hai. Kahan gayi hogi?" Ahaan was at the verge of crying.
"Kholke dekho bhai, shayad pata chale ke kidhar gayi hai?" Karthik said.
"Kamre mein jaake kholte hain, idhar nahin " Ahaan said and took off to his room.

In his room, he started ripping the package to reveal what is in it. Came out a small velvety box which looked like a jewelry box.
"Bhai, aapne Ishqi ko kuch jewelry diya tha? peace offering? aur usne woh liya nahin?" Karthik wasn't going to leave a chance to tease his brother.
"Shut up Karthik, maine kuch nahin diya hain usko" Ahaan opened the box.
There sat the gold necklace and ear rings and the entire set that he had seen Ishqi try it on the day before her wedding with Mayank. He had eavesdropped on her and Maasi's conversation and had come to know about Ishqi's lists of her prospective husband.
"Yeh to ishqi ki mummy ki jewelry hain" Ahaan said.
"Wah bhai, aap ishqi key jewelry bhi recognize karsakte ho? lekin aap ki shaade toh Rhea se horhea hai" Karthik smirked.
"Tu abhi chup rahega? Pehele pata to chale iska matlab kya hain?" Ahaan was trying to find if there was something else in that package.
"Bhai, yeh kya hai? " Karthik picked up a small velvet bag that probably fell off while Ahaan was busy ripping the wrapping.
Karthik opened the bag and there came a letter. He handed it over to Ahaan.

Ahaan started reading it.
"Dear Sir,
Thank you so much for taking me to the hospital when I got hurt. I will be forever grateful for the kind gesture. I was informed at the hospital that you have taken care of the payment for my bill. I thank you again for that. But, I cannot take such favors from you or anyone. It will not be appropriate.
I did not have enough time to sell this jewelry to give you back the money you paid the hospital. So, I apologize for not returning the cash, but this should cover the entire expense. Please don't think that I am being egoistic, I am not. This is my humble attempt to thank you and pay you back since I do not deserve such generosity from you.
Again, thanks for everything you have done for me in our short acquaintance.

Letter slipped through his hands and he collapsed on his bed.
"Bhai , yis bag me yeh do bangles bhi hain" Karthik handed him the bangles that he had chosen for her and she was so fond of them. Ahaan remembered her wearing them on the day of her mehendi when she stopped mehendi ladies from removing it saying "yeh mera favorite hain". He remembered how pretty she looked and how his name was on her mehendi decorated hand.
"Maine use kho diya karthik, woh mujhe chodke chali gayi" Ahaan slowly said. "Theek hi hai, meri shaadi to Rhea se horaha hai, mujhe kya?" but damn those tears, they wouldn't stop.
"Toh phir aap ro kyun rahe ho bhai?" Karthik crossed his arms.
"Ek baat boloon?, aap ishqi ko deserve nahin karten. " saying this, Karthik left him to suffer alone.

This could actually introduce Sonu being kidnapped by Mayank when Ahaan and Karthik are at the hospital since lot of people were sure that she would either run away or get kidnapped.
