What did dating big stars get her anyway? Salman left her high and dry since he wasn't interested in marriage like she was. She meddled in Ranbir and Deepika's relationship and helped him cheat. He wasted her peak years and moved on. Ranbir followed these weird rules of deserving and went for Alia who is younger and a better actress, from a prominent family and much better connected than Katrina is. I don't think getting together with who they "deserve" is going to work out that great for Aloo and Ranbir either.

Vicky is an actor and will keep her relevant when she's not acting anymore. Aishwarya was a bigger star than Abhishek but he's the one working and earning both through movies and his sports teams now. Aish is sitting at home and doing nothing and nobody would even remember her now without the Bachchans. Marrying a smaller star currently still has its benefits in the long run.

Obviously she won't be as successful as Salman when she first started dating him since it was the beginning of her career and Salman was around for 15 years.

Ranbir was never more successful than Katrina. Katrina was the no.1 actress for so long, and remained in top 3 throughout her career, unlike Ranbir.

Besides both Salman and Ranbir are industry kids whereas Kat is an outsider and had to struggle on her own.

Vicky might get someone younger but she would be too busy with her own career to give much time to him, whereas Kat has already seen the highs of her career and will be happy to settle down.

Besides, Kat has so much money and popularity, it will definitely help Vicky because he is still not treated as a popular leading actor.

No, sometimes guys also deserve better girls. For example, SRK deserves better than Gauri. Nothing sexist about it.

And let's face it. Kat did not exactly struggle on her own.. She did have the strong support of Salman.. No I don't mean Salman made her career or she got to the position due to Salman.. But Salman did give her the connections which enabled her to come out of the Boom debacle.. she made the most of what Salman gave her but the struggle part isn't really true

SRK was a nobody when he met Gauri and was just starting to succeed when he married her.. Gauri was from a well to do family while Shah was poor when he married her.. Hell he had to borrow suits from his shoot for his wedding so no.. He does not deserve better

How does it matter whether it was item songs or Oscar winning performances? She never claimed to be a great actress.

She made the best use of her naturally gifted talent. Kudos to that.

Well, you were talking about stardom vis-a-vis Salman and Ranbir. Ranbir's ranking aside, he was and still is taken seriously as an actor. Kat isn't. Her 'stardom' ain't much good that way.
