Was fast forwarding through some of the earlier episodes, and found it interesting that Ahaan has seen both Ishqi's aunt and uncle.

Yet, nobody questioned her uncle's absence at the marriage? 😕

Also more interesting that Dadi was actually pro-Ishqi in the first few episodes and even participated in ribbing Ahaan! 🤪

And that Sarla appeared to be more of a comedic villain than a nasty, cruel one!

Wouldn't have guessed that as a more recent watcher of the serial. 😲

Hmm... that precap I watched again to check whether it’s a dream or not ... the place looks like hotel storage area - there are the 4-gallon water Bottles along with some other pantry bulk items. Maybe Ahaan asked In his frustration ordered Ishqi to get him something and he followed her when she was taking long ... though I have to say it can go either way. I’m just really tired of dream precaps.

I think its because Daadi is fearful Savitri's secret being exposed. so she wants to get rid of Ishqi.

Yes, Sarla Aunty is mean and harsh, a Karen.. not exactly a devious mind. She is just an insecure woman who gets kicks by insulting others.

Yeah I don't think Ishqi ever once thought to break her marriage for Ahaan or to be with Ahaan. Instead Ahaan made her realize the stark difference between her idea of an ideal guy and Mayank. She had the hard hitting reality that the guy she is marrying has not even one of the qualities she wanted in a husband. Which was very important to her, more that Ahaan. She was always going to break her marriage for herself, or she would just go ahead with it due to family pressure. Mayank's truth just accelerated the process of breaking it lol.

I think before Mayank's truth came out she was just at the realization stage that Mayank is not right for her and yet to realize how much she actually likes Ahaan, which I personally think was quite a bit, but not enough to stop her wedding. I think she could have lived and still live with the fact that he will marry rhea and she would be okay with having the same friendship with AVM that they have had till now. But I am sure AVM is passed that and in tooo deep now and would be crossing all sorts of lines lol.

Once Mayank's truth did come out, due to everyone's reactions and Ahaan's tabahing she hasn't had time to introspect more into those particular feelings as she now associates Ahaan with fear and has had more important things to worry about. While I am sure for the past 6 months all Ahaan could think about is Ishqi lol.

I'm trying to keep my expectations very low regarding the promo because if by some absurdly miraculous means this is a dream sequence, I will be as angry as Ahaan. For real🤣

For the characters in the show, this has already been going on for six months. That's six months of Sonu and Raj's conjugal life with Raj believing that he knows chhoti se chhoti and badi se badi baatein concerning Sonu. Six months of Ishqi going through humiliation, pain, breakdown and getting beaten up by life. Six months of Rhea listening to duniya bhar ke wedding songs to make the perfect playlist for her events and shopping for honeymoon lingeries to seal the deal😎 (A girl can dream right?🤣).

The longer this goes on for, the more likely it is

a) for Sonu to lose Raj's respect and trust (and I'm really not interested in watching a track where Ishqi once again has to save the day for this girl)😳

b) for Rhea to be completely heartbroken and humiliated, and turn into a negative character (who could blame her?) and

c) to be difficult for Ahaan to make up for his 'tabaahi' and redeem himself (this one's more for me 😆)

Looking back to Friday's episode (the scene where Rhea sees Ishqaan talking): I know we don't usually like vamps who try splitting the leads but realistically, if a girl with self-respect and dignity is left at the wedding venue, in front of a shitload of guests and her parents, by a guy who led her on for the longest time (and often used her as a prop to door bhagaao the main female lead) just because it's no longer convenient for him, I think she's allowed to turn bitter. I liked how different the character Lavanya from IPKKND was but that was definitely as exception. If Ahaan waits till the wedding day to come to this life-altering realization, I don't think I could blame Rhea for turning into a chudail with creepy inner-monologues😳🤣
