I am trying to find faults with Ishqi now 😆 so that Ahaan and ishqi can be on same page and I can ship them.

Some time ago, ishqi did not trust Ahaan either. She accused him of sexual harassment/rape when they were staying in the room. She thought he took advantage of her condition. That is some serious accusation. But when she confronted him he told the truth and she believed. This time he confronted her but she did not tell him the truth so he doesn’t have anything to believe in her.

For now he thinks she left mayank because of him which is valid and according to his ideology he won’t be supporting it. I guess things got worse only after Mayank’s dads attack and his suicide attempt. Otherwise it was okay.

He indirectly admitted there is love, and had there been no "family" in the equation, he'd go ahead. His main problem isn't the fact he doesn't love her, or thinks he doesn't, it's his family values 🤔
