They have not written his character well. He was shown to be the first one to realise that Shakhi have feelings for each other, but now he is so interested In Anokhi that he keeps adding fuel to Babli’s obsession of separating Shakhi.

It doesn’t go down well with me personally. Coz ajeeb character progression hai.

I think they were trying to make his character grey at some point and that’s why he confessed to shaurya that he has feelings for anokhi. But Goa track came. They could have still given him stronger role during kidnapping track but they wanted to give us shakhi so that also didn’t work. Now they don’t know what to do with him.
