From cringe to Addiction..... Production team must note

Hello everyone 😳 I am new here.

I am honestly in love with this show right now. But it wasn't the case before.

I only started this show because I liked Akshita mudgal (Ishqi)from her show Bhakarwadi. But I dropped it after the very first episode.

I picked it up randomly on YouTube at episode 3 and 5 , then again dropped it.

Came across the Holi episode snippets on YouTube and I was hooked. As on today , I have been watching this show religiously 😃and have watched all previous episodes

You know what got me addicted. The chemistry b/w the leads and the Dynamics b/w the younger cast. I would say the episodes with Ahaan and Ishqi scenes were worth all the abla Mausi/foul mouthed Sarlaji and evil daadi's characters drama.

IMO the makers must focus more on the romance and younger cast instead of wasting too much time on drama. Past week had been great. The promo has kept me excited for next week. I hope the ratings pick up. 👍🏼

P.S. - Special SO to Ishqi's to be MIL (Mayank's mom). Very refreshing character.👏

Gul is doing a really good job here the story consists of romance ,comedy and a lil drama and specially gender equality but hoping that they keep the consistancy😊

I agree the episodes in the beginning were not that good.. Many people said IPZN was a copy of IB.. And many including me said Ishqi was a copy of Annika.. 🙈

But now things are different n it has been proved IPZN is not a copy of IB 😍 Ahaan is so much better than any GK heroes.. All credit goes to Param 🥰🥰🥰😍😍

Ishqi's language to some extent might seem similar to Annika but she is different n Akshita is doing a great job now.. She doesn't look like a copy anymore.. She's original 😍

If IshqAan is Heart then Kartik is Soul of the show 😍😂 Sonu, Raj, Rhea everyone are amazing..

I specially like the scenes where Ishqi Ahaan stares at each other.....No dialogues....Just looks...like that Mehndi function episode when Maasi tells Ahaan that Ishqi knows that he bought those Bangles and that she is very thankful...Just look at Ahaan's stare❤️.

Also when they speaks their hearts out in frustration like in latest episode in car scene..."Mujhe to ideally tumhari sakal Tak nahi dekhni chahiye but...."❤️

It is getting good response on YouTube I guess....I hope it picks up.

I just hope makers don't compromise with original story due to current low ratings on TV.

Honestly I hate ITV (Simar/Kundali bhagya /Anupama etc etc) but this show has got me hooked in a week. It's actually hard to wait for Monday so I thought I should write and share my thoughts here.

I agree. The first week was not that great. I used to watch it but did not feel the connection. The first time I feel connected to the show and characters, was when Ishqi scolds Ahaan in the front of hospital when she faints after jagrata incident. That was the first time he calls out her name, "Ishqi". Akshita and Param were great in that scene.

And after holi scene, the show and their chemistry just picks up. They are very good now.

Some of Ishqi's reaction scenes were pretty great. The one you mentioned was definitely when viewers must have agreed with Ishqi.

Actually the whole Jagrata Wala act was pretty well done from Ishqi's and Karthik's part. Their opinions resonated with mine.

Also when Ishqi asked asked Ahaan not to sympathize with her in Holi episode...though I felt bad for Ahaan I found myself agreeing with Ishqi.

I totally agree. Weird but I found the show to be so over the top initially. I was like is this a show really but had nothing to watch so just kept on watching and it is so freaking strange that I have started to like it so much now. And the chemistry is so point on, it made me come back to India Forums after Kuch Rang.

I mean I thought I was the only one felt so irritated by the show initially and now is enjoying it so much.

Honestly, I don't like GK shows on a longer run, they are too much OTT and cliched. I came to know about this show lately through some random Instagram clip and first thing that caught my eyes was ML.. Yes it's Param as Lead Damn!!! 😍 ( I madly love him since Sadda Haq ❤️)

Then I saw promo on YT, comments were similar as people pointed out here that it's a copy of IB and Isqhi is just Anika's remake. I dropped the plan then and there. After that holi episode, I actually started liking the show and since then I'm hooked. It's not very similar to IB or QH, its refreshing, fun and everyone has their own frame of reference to analyze a situation. There's a subtle stability in their dynamics and characterization. I love Ahaan-Kartik-Sonu bonding and it always brings a broad smile across my face 😳

Also, I admire Ishqaan too, they aren't as complicated and confused as other ITV couples. They have opinion differences, but then who doesn't? Their chemistry is cute and one of the main reason to attract viewers.

I don't like Dadi and Sarla, but its okay. Some melodramatic angle is a must for perfect ITV show recipe. No comments on Mayank 🤬

I am happy this show is slowly but steadily getting its own fandom
