I am not sure whether they have booked entire hotel or not.

But they certainly can shoot inside the room if they want to !

That's the only sensible thing to do I think because then other guests would get disturbed. So, hotel would only allow shooting of whole of it is booked.

I think mostly.shows would have done the same.

There are shows whose caste is staying at different location and shooting somewhere else

Ekta ke shows ke whole caste has gone for vacation they keep on sharing stories of beaches etc
