Celebs' mutual blindness

Why are all celebrities silent about what's going on in the country? Every one of us knows someone or has seen someone or has heard about someone suffer during this second wave.

Then why is no one raising their voice? They donated so much of money to PM cares. Can't they ask about what happened to that money? Can't they question the government about the ongoing crisis? Can't they at least retweet at least one or some of the tweets asking for help.

Akshay Kumar donated money last and this year as well. Doesn't he have the right to ask to what use his money was put to?

Why can't AB Sr tweet about the plight of the common man?

Virat Kohli supports the government at every step. Why is he mum about the government's misstep?

I'm so mad at these so called superstars who are weak and cowardly. They are all mutually blind, deaf and dumb.

People need to understand that India has freedom of speech only in theory, not in reality. The UP CM has outright said that anyone that complains will be arrested. Journalists are getting thrown in jail for reporting the truth.

Which celebrity is going to risk getting tax raids, fake cases, harassment, protests and maybe even jail time? Until the general public votes these scumbags out of office, nobody can do anything.

Akshay, Amitabh and Virat are sanghis to begin with. They support this government so why will they care anyway? Akshay has been making hay while the sun shines. He's used bhakts to increase his stardom and sustain his career. He's the no.1 asskisser in BW. What are you expecting from him?

Don't speak up then. Just retweet the tweets of people asking for one hospital bed, oxygen concentrator, remdisivir injections, medicines so that the right people see these tweets. At least do that.

How can they sleep at night? They are celebs for a reason. People listen to them. They can instantly attract attention.

It takes 1 person to start something. It's a big industry. We just need 1 person to stand up and speak. Just one and others will follow. This is not the time to think about films, cricket and other forms of entertainment. They all speak of dekh bhakti. This is the time to actually show it.

The majority are not deshbhakts. They are BJP-tards. Virat, Akshay, Ajay, Sachin and the whole sanghi brigade came running when Rihanna posted about farmers' protests and put up hashtags like #IndiaAgainstPropaganda. All of them were screaming about how foreigners have to stay out of Indian affairs. Now the whole country is gasping for breath and relying on US, UK, UAE, etc. to come to their rescue.

I hope you realize that if someone speaks up and the BJP starts flinging fake cases against them, the general public will also turn against them. People believe anything bad first and foremost. Imagine if Salman says something and they get someone to file a rape case. You think the wokes are going to support him? Nobody would stand by him. They know this so why will they get involved? The middle-class voted for these @ssholes so now they should figure out how to deal with them instead of crying for help from celebs.
