I remember reading IV of raashi ki maa (dont know her character/ real name) where she was requesting people on SM to get her some work as her money has dried up. Luckily she got a role in PS

Not only actors but also senior technicians behind the crew people who know it can be fatal to go out but have no other option

There are so many cases where no work lead to depression and suicides among BTC members. It doesn't even get reported since they are not famous actors or people that we see on screen

I have checked other regional versions of this show, vahan pe vanraj looks like tauji types

In hindi versions all remakes have hot studs glamorized dolled up barbies

FL playing actresses are awesome in both Hindi & Bengali ones. Other ones I didn't check.

I really hope the show doesn't close with ending up with cheater husband😡

I was talking about ML in regional version. FL by default in all version have to be fair and pretty, however the same set of standards are not for ML

It's only in hindi shows, I have seen the inherent need of good looking ML and FL unless the show demands like nakusha of LTL. Even there they chose smoke show like mahi

yahan pe tho fair actress ko dark karte hai rather giving dusky actress roles🤬

Naina singh ka issue sirf skin tone nahi tha, she somehow is not versatile enough to do coy and demure roles. Can you imagine her as gehna of rasoda😆
