so much word to this.. just the bhojh that comes with that expectation too ke jo kuch bhi hi this person can never go wrong and will sambhalo the situation and always expected to be right and be strong. they expect him caz they also think he is capable and his emotional dettachment and hard extrior gives them that but they have to realize things can affect him too and they need to let him have his weak moments too and esp now when itna kuch ho raha hai adi needs the space and not anymroe pressure.. so am glad he said it..
another bit that touched me was aparna being so careful in what she was saying being sensitive mother warning pankaj ji ke plz do not unload like typical dad here plz the least he deserves is daant hahah even though papa Tripathi was hardly being rude he was just asking questions too like a dad just thodi more authority ke saath... it was such a realistic bit too with moms trying to control the situations much as they can between baap beta .. we need more of these moments between the 3 too..
@bold - this. So much in life ends up being about appearances. Aditya built this facade of his own, a lot of it unintentionally as a shield, that people felt scared to breach it. Years of building on it probably schooled his family enough to stop even attempting to look underneath it. So much so that faced with the most humiliating experience of his life, he decided that hiding it was the right thing to do. Although it was against everything he believed in. That is why Imlie holds the place in his life that she does. She saw through every bit of until now and freed of the shackles he had spun around himself. She set him free in a sense.
I love Aparna and Pankaj. Their balancing act was so beautiful na. And so sad at the same time. Poor guys, they are unable to understand what is ailing their son. They think that the remedy for his pain is Malini and it is not because they are at fault either in thinking so. Bechare sabko dukhi hona padega kuch dinon ke liye
