Rupi Di joins Team Imlie

Woah Rupi di😆....aaj toh chhaa gayi ekdum😆. I really hadn't known what to expect in terms of how her reaction would be.....but it was really interesting to watch it all unfold through the play of her expressions.

Basically, this Adi-Imlie argument was a setup only for her to overhear....cuz they literally didn't talk about anything new with each other😆.....except for the bit when Adi told her in irritation ki "tum ghar chhod ke chali jaaogi? theek hai jaao😆....tum chali jaaogi toh hum bhi aaraam se sabko sach bataa paayenge🤣"......LOL he even accused her ki yehi tumhara plan tha ki tum waapas aake humein sabko sach bataane se rok sako🤣.....Chidhchidha mode on ekdum Babusahib ka😆. Btw Imlie kyun leke gayi doodh for him? Door nahin rehna as per her new "resolve"? 😛

Anyways, Rupi di overheard the whole thing in shock, briefly grappled with how to talk to them....but then Imlie saw her as she came out of that aangan area and I guess Rupi di made the decision to have the convo out with her rather than put it off......I really liked how she took her in her room and just directly asked Imlie ki kya chal raha hai.....Imlie finally got to recap the whole story of the marriage in PD.

And amazingly, Rupi di's very first reaction was, "Tu kahin nahin jaayegi"😆.....I didn't quite expect that also....I thought she'd turn it over in her mind, grapple with the conundrum ki Malini bhi hai😆....but nope, somewhat like her brother, Rupi di instantly jumped to a determined decision with total clarity😆......as some of us suspected, Rupi approached the whole issue with that feeling of identifying with the injustice of your rights as a wife being given to someone else. She's made it a rights issue and feels that Imlie needs to fight for her rights cuz PEHLA HAQ uska hai Adi pe😆. Amazing that Didi ne do second bhi pause nahin kiya wondering about validity/legality of the marriage😆....unlike BFF Pari ji😆.....she was instantly in Camp Imlie ka haq full on.....lol told her that she won't go anywhere and she has to stay there to fight for her rights as a wife. Imlie ne emotional hoke didi ko hug toh kar liya but I doubt Imlie ke bheje mein kuch bhi ghusaa😆......Sahi bola Rupi di ne....Jhalli hi hai yeh.....I liked that Rupi told Imlie directly to STOP blaming herself 👏.....and asked her directly ki do you really want to live your whole life like this watching your husband with someone else? Finally an outside voice is trying to shake Imlie out of this stupor she's in to make her question the practicality of what she's trying to do... Adi ko toh Imlie zones out as a biased voice😆.....but Rupi might be that female support she may consider giving weight to😆.

Have to briefly LOL at the fact ki Malini itne bhi rishte nahin kamaa paayi ghar mein ki Rupi ko thoda bhi guilt ho......it shows that she felt that genuine apnapan for Imlie that instantly brought her protective instinct surging for Imlie like it never did for Malini.....she pointed out the important point that Malini will never have to fight for her rights, Imlie will.....Rupi di wants Imlie to fight the fight that she never could for her own relationship.....lol haha she wants a vicarious victory through Imlie I guess😆

Anyways, the only other noteworthy scene was the Adi-Imlie scene after this where they gave me my long awaited dialogue from Adi😆.....he finally told Imlie that him and Malini would have fallen apart regardless of whether Imlie was in his life......Hallelujah👏😆.....chalo bola toh sahi....even if speaking to Imlie is like speaking to a wall right now as Adi rightly pointed out in frustration😆. But I liked that he told her to stop neglecting her college just cuz of all this mess that's happening in the house. Seriously, Imlie? Didi ke liye ab apni padhaai bhi chhod dogi? That was disappointing to see😕.....This zombie mode of hers is starting to grate on me now. Chalo finally daant dhamkaa ke Adi managed to get Imlie to go to college....lol even if woh dimaag mein Didi jaap leke hi gayi ki Didi se baat karungi college mein.....

Oh and also liked the brief Adi scene with his parents trying to talk to him to go speak with Malini😆.....Adi again snapped irritably that everyone always thinks everything is his fault and he alone always needs to go fix everything.....hahaha this guy is hanging on by a thread😆.....kuch bada volcano phatega soon at this rate. LOL though at him saying again ki Malini ko jo kehna tha, keh kar chali gayi....ab unse kya baat karun🤣.....and also LOL@ him trying to explain the break concept to his Papa😆.....I had to laugh when it typical Adi style he managed to ghumaao the whole convo to his only priority....Imlie😆....Imlie college gayi ki nahin? haha

Iske ilaava Didi ka kuch scene tha that I watched half zoned out but the gist I gathered is that Didi cried again saying ki Adi also doesn't want to stay with her anymore or something toh Dev Papa now wants to question Adi for putting his daughter in this situation.....lol inse na ho paayega....but kar lein try jaake Adi se baat karne ki....imagining the contempt on Adi's face as Dev of all people tries to question him🤣

Precap seems like a dream....no way is Adi managing to tell the WHOLE family at this point😆....but dream mein hi sahi, baat kaafi clear cut bol di ki Imlie se humari shaadi ho chuki hai.....lol

Waise I do feel Nishant will find out next and his reaction will be polar opposite to that of Rupi....two contrasting views set up karenge....I'm curious also to see when Rupi talks to Adi about this topic.

what an episode..dil kush hua..seeing Rupi-Imlie talks and then Adi talking to his parents... how he has to be the one to manao Malini..and then making Imlie understand to go to college...

Finally Rupi got to showcase her talent and her eyes said it all and also during the convo with Imlie in her room. I liked how she grabbed Imlie, locked the door to her room and then asked her the questions. How she listened to Imlie and then understood, judged based on facts, not on hearsay. It was important that she said she does not blame her bhai Adi too, who stands for justice and truth. She knows Imlie's nature by now and she is saaf dil. No doubt at all in her mind.. 🥳 for Rupi di as she is camp Adilie. She is standing by Imlie to fight for her HAQ, the battle that she lost, did not fight for. She wants to see justice served. In her mind, the first wife has full rights and that is the end of the matter. Her other instinct was to run and tell everyone but Imlie again stopped her as did her sindoor stop her. Rupi rightly said it is not enough if you wear the sindoor, you need for fight for your pati as well. The hug between them was cho sweet.

So we got a continuation of the bhrahmastra (AY's term that I am borrowing) that Imlie used by threatening Adi to leave, today he said leave.. he would have the liberty to speak the truth as she did not let him speak it.

Waise I do not know if you guys noticed it, Imlie called Malini 'Malini' twice, once today in the convo with Adi and yday in the roomful of family when Adi was trying to talk to his maa. No malini didi.. is it a deliberate move by the writers to bring about a shift in her thought process towards her didi??

I forced myself to watch didi whining and crying.. arrey wherever she goes, she brings doom n gloom, always crying and about her problems... she did taana to Dev yday waise bhi. you want me lead a separate life like you and mom are leading? kya tanaa maraa. She let slip that Anu always her best interests at heart to which Dev reacts angrily.. and then he is going to demand answers from Adi for having hurt his daughter. wah wah.. which daughter will he support now? Both are his and it is his karma come to bite him. His one impulsive action with no thought of consequences and subsequent inactions have caused all this to unfold.

Adi leaving to work and then Aparna asking him if he was going to manao Malini... the way he spit out his frustrations, his feelings on the subject like he is always the one to bow down, to cajole, to apologize to Malini. How it always fall on him to grovel... and liked how he flipped it to Imlie, if she left for college.

Man the scene in her room was again... 👏 He was like I am talking to a wall and feel like smashing my head against it. How he pulled no punches when he said 'do you want to be like a naukar for the rest of your life' and was like dont twist my words, you know what you mean to me.

I think Adi has given up his watch to Imlie for good as he has not been seen wearing it since he gave it to Imlie.

Some lame college ragging scene..

The precap took my breath away: is it for real, did Adi really reveal the truth to his family that Imlie is his first wife? gasp.. i need oxygen.. things are moving too fast... and the writers are clearly keeping things on knife edge.. with us hanging to the edge of our seats.

Waise writers hamari chop karte hain.. every time.. or mostly. i do hope the truth is out and we will deal with the fallout. A big sigh of relief for everyone. 🤣

Rupali today put into words and action what a sorted woman living through complications of her own should actually emulate. That flip on VD notwithstanding. She heard Imlie. She understood Imlie. She embraced Imlie. She advocated Imlie to fight for the right that belongs only to her. It is so heartening to see someone with such practicality. A lot of this is also because Imlie built an equation with her. Value of relationships with the entire family is so important in a marriage - they keep proving it time and again.

Aditya in his no faraks mode is the one I like the most.

Imlie will take a while to understand that Aditya actually means it when he says she is not the reason Malini and him were never right. She’ll get there in some time torturing all of us in the interim. Imlie will at some point understand that the most crucial aspect of being married is the other person. I can't explain relief I felt watching imlie and di and how she stood up for imlie and went straight to nope you don't have to feel guilty for anything caz you are not at fault. It almost felt like the burden uplifting from my own shoulders as if we as audience have also found a well wished who can understand the ghuttan that we have been feeling along adi imlie being stuck in this situation

The voice of sanity the warmth and support she needed the most.Rupali was so good in her confrontation some wonderful acting by her and such mature approach of talking it out behind closed doors. She was actually a bit scared of hearing it but the way she recollected and took the jolt and supported imlie and samjhaooed her like a big sister ke no you are stupid you Don't just give up for someone else and acknowledged ke by supporting her she isn't unfeeling malini's plight but that is nothing in comparison to what imlie is suffering due to sheer lack of support and the kind if hikmat that needs and how it is impossible to willingly let your husband be someone else.. I saw that clear cut similarity in behan bhai aaj lage asal behan I wih how their belief system is so aligned and they were so truthful and to the point... it felt her parallel is well placed and I would cheer for the 2 women fighting this together though I am not sure imlie got it as such..haha I felt like imlie found a big sister for real that is what they do not run you down.. even if she had her doubts and used her authority ke bol she was condensing in the way she asked it had a lot.of concern and fikar and just the right emotions and feel.. it felt so nice to see her being non judgemental.. and rofl yes word on this is how dosts are supposed to be not defaming you in name of dosti calling your rishta fake and illegal and naajayaz and what not.. rofl just the stark contrasts in who is genuine and whose not makes me laugh but baat wohi hai audience like fake concerns somehow 🤷‍♀️ I simply loved the compassion in the way she consoled imlie with dosh tera nahi hai you are freaking jhalli and my fav sindoor ain't everything girl it is the husband rofl quiete contrary to what didi thinks ke bas sindoor is all forget the partner and then the lovely touch of imlie showing her sindoor to didi

I am so so so happy seeing Aditya voice out the truths we have been longing to hear from so long.. be it him telling his parents straight off why is he always wrong why is he expected to be right at every spot.. ussi ne theka liya hai kya why can't anyone ever think about him and then ofcourse him confronting imlie in what is this laziness regarding her studies.. that was such a bummer ke abhi bhi she agreed to go to college caz didi se baat karni hai..uhmm what imlie.. but I absolutly lived the scene again for adi spilling the truth tea about she is not the problem they were never meant to be and she should stop unhappiness guilt ka tokra and stop loading him more with it with this tyaag too.. the way he went are you serious bas ek din main Shaun nikal gaya.. where is the girl who's only dream was education thay regardless of what happens int heir personal.life she cannot just cannot give her education...his bas yeh karna hai tumhein naukar banke and lol at imlie catching that and his don't uljhao me in words and catch catch you know very well what I mean.. haha that was awesome.. just his fierceness again in making her see through her dreams but I was disappointed in imlie there.. that scene is so beautiful just caz of sheer determination that adi has to send her to college and the push though as I said she shouldn't have been getting that push in first place.. I still felt so proud to see how he is kinda venting his ghusttan out and projecting it here mudda chahe padhaai bani but atlesst thoda vent toh hua.. lovely lovely scene that I need to rewatxh

Definitely enjoyed this episode. Rupi didi's concern for Imlie right from the start, her ability to actually listen - both to the Adi-Imlie convo and to Imlie's recap were so soothing to see. So glad to see someone that Imlie can truly talk to now, hope we see conversations between all three of them.

Rupi said at start and the Aparna too that Imlie is caught in the fight between Adi and Malini. Wonder if Aparna will follow the thought somewhere.

I was happy to see Adi's response to his parents. They had a talk the previous day of him having some pain that he is not able to talk of and today they are back to Malini only. They don't want to follow-up on what he wanted to say?

I liked both the Adi-Imlie conversations. If nothing else then to see that they can have super-long disagreements without shouting/fighting like crazy and still set them aside to focus on other important bits. Adi pushing Imlie to keep her focus on studying is so important - reminds me of the topics here at the snakebite epi. Also truly shows their "saath" in keeping each other moving.

No comments on precap yet, waiting to see what happens. One point to note is that Rupi and Nishu's reactions are different than the others, so maybe this is after he knows too?

I must say that Rupi taking Imlie’s side is a somewhat a surprise to me, but a very pleasant one.
I really hope that she will continue to talk some sense into Imlie because this girl really needs to see it from another perspective. Isliye, good that Adi told her that his relationship with Malini would be broken anyway wether it was for Imlie or not.
Not just Adi, but we all need that one ounce of confidence and trust from Imlie’s side in support of Adi in order for him to make him more confident to tell the truth. It’s becoming even suffocating for us 😆

And what’s with Imlie neglecting college just because her fav Didi is going through all of this?! No Imlie, please no, you just realize that not everything is about your Didi and it’s definitely not worth it to forget your saalon ka mehnat for a girl you just got to know. If not for your marriage with Adi, at least do not put Malini over your dream of going to college and becoming a police officer.

about you saying Nishant might be next and being on the opposite team... ho sakta hai, but that will be another surprise and not a pleasant one per se. I personally thought that if someone would be to support them, it would be Nishant. I wonder what legit reason he will have for supporting Malini 🤨

Waise Dadi’s advice on having a child was never mentioned again right? Chalo theek hai, but would love to see Adi’s reaction on that one 😂
