Waise I wanted to say this.....AC for all her other faults has still been honest about what she thinks/feels....she doesn't hide anything - whether it is her contempt for lower class people or her dislike of Imlie....but jo Didi ne kiya hai has been far more horrible and will definitely feel more hurtful to Imlie in the long run......that the entire caring facade was a total act and Malini never cared for her one damn bit. That she is incapable of caring about anyone but herself.

Re: the rain incident....it all changed cuz Adi happily accepted a change in himself that day na...ki woh baarish mein bheeg gaya and it was ok cuz Imlie had some leaf over his head😆....the very fact that Adi didn't show irritation with Imlie over that is why Malini started sensing she is losing control I think....before that, any "change" in Adi like him worrying for Imlie, him buying her a kurta and all....Adi downplayed it or dismissed it so Didi didn't care as much also....but from this incident onwards, Adi didn't show dislike of Imlie over something that he doesn't usually like to do....and yes, that's when it started getting to Malini.

Now that I think about it, she just might have tortured Imlie with that kaadha for a reason😲😆....apna resentment indirectly nikaal rahi thi kisi tarhaan....but made it look like concern😆

If Nishant is the only one there from the family, I guess it's possible that Nishant tells Adi what happened vis a vis Malini yelling at Imlie for this sindoor situation, Adi then subsequently explodes on Malini to which Nishant is somehow a witness or he overhears....this is why he will also end up becoming witness to Didi ka follow up tamasha of going and handing sindoor ki dibbi to Imlie again.

I'd thought Adi puri family ke saamne Malini ko dusri Mrs. C wala taunt maarega😆....but shaayad room mein hi karega confront Malini ko.

So yes, whole thing might be a setup to make Nishant start to sense the issues between Adi-Malini as well as the undercurrents between Adi-Imlie.

@bold: Based on the BTS the taunt happens in front of the whole family after which Aparna tell them to go to their own rooms but may be the argument continued to the room. I think Room mein something big happened or Aditya must have said something big in favor of Imlie or against Malini for her to pick up her sindoor ka dibba and go to Imlie. She was talking to Imlie but her taunts were to Aditya... Aditya looks quite contrite in the precap so it must have been guilt after his big impulsive outburst. Nishant might just happen to follow them and thus the @bold

Nishant i feel would be on Adi's side so the next one would be Rupi Di and who would support Malini as you said in one your post😊...

That baarish incident was also followed up by Adi giving Imlie his own jhoota kadha to drink😆. That was toh even more alarming bit for her & I remember how Didi had turned it into issue of Adi not trusting her to take care of Imlie. Kitni acche se guilt trip kiya tha Adi ko. Ye bandi matlab master level ki manipulator hai😈.

Dekhte hain kya hota hai but I'm finding myself very skeptical that Adi is going to feel guilt in the aftermath of this....if he was guilty, Malini would have capitalized on it to reel him in....but she is sensing that she still doesn't have him in control, that is why she is still lashing out at Imlie.

A sense of respect is required as opposed to just boasting about proper lifestyle in Didi's words.

Red....may be because Dev has no spine to stand up against AC where is Adi will chew up Malini if she acted her real face. That ‘s reason she was a cotton candy. I don't think Malini ko is waqt pendulum bol sakte hain exactly....she has swung pretty definitively to one side right now and I don't think she can fully go back to her sugary/bechaari act as easily.

I do think this drama is all a setup to shift gears in some manner soon cuz this will shift perceptions about Malini and then they will likely move into some other family track as Didi regroups and plots her next strategy to attack Imlie....lol....they are setting the stage to show Didi's personality clearly now to the general audience and show how much of her behenchaara act was just that all along.
