Yes, she has always successfully managed to twist every issue into guilt tripping the other person....the irony though is that all these manipulations are only effective/successful cuz of Adi's guilt over hiding a big truth from her....the day the truth is out, she will lose a lot of her leverage...as well as the standing that she is crowing about over being his wife.

I'm more convinced this is all an image exercise....once the truth is revealed, there is no benefit to her image to staying with Adi - the man who married her second and gave first spot to Imlie😆...toh kis baat pe guilt trip karegi phir? Adi toh "taint" ho gaya na phir? What use will she have for him if he can't prop up her fantasies and image of being an "ideal couple" totally unlike her parents? Society mein bhi image kharaab that her husband married some "inferior" gaaon ki girl before he married her....Didi se na hona yeh sab bardaasht.

Maybe this is also long arm of Karma for her for being manipulative and fake for so long😆

Which brings me back to didi was also pissed this very morning too ke.adi was prioritizing imlie ka first day over his work for the first time.and taunted him too over it.. he never has done that for malini in any situation.. heck she was dying and he was like let me save some poor souls 🤣 must've been pinching her all along...OUCH didi. So her outburst like this is a reaction to way too many things 😳 and didi just couldn't figure out kis kis baat ka resentment dikhaye and kis kis ko cover up kare making her react like a junglee

It was the sindoor, the watch, adi dropping imlie, the dawaai, her feeling suspicious ainvayein.. and the list goes on rofl. POOR Imlie and adi unko toh pata bhi nahin kitne paap unke sar laga diye didi ne subah subah

Mithi instantly connected Imlie's fate to herself even though the situations are markedly different.....but Mithi ka first thought yehi aaya ki Imlie ko bhi kisi shehri ne dhoka diya and use wife ka maan nahin diya. The thing I was most struck by in Mithi's scene yesterday was her thinking that her daughter is doomed like her, while the fact is that Adi is driven by the very determination to make sure that Imlie NEVER suffers her mother's fate....that he gives her her due regard/respect....Adi is determined to NOT become Dev.....meanwhile Malini has fully chosen to become her Mom.....

So all these characters are pushing against the baggage of their past parallel versions in different ways....Mithi's first reaction was to give in to despair, Malini has chosen to give in to darkness.....but Adi has shown determination to throw off this baggage of the past and refuse to submit those presumptions. He is determined to do right by destiny this time....and that is what will ultimately decide the course of this story flowing in a notably different direction than that of Dev-Mithi-AC.

Imlie is blissfully unaware of this past baggage for now....lol....but use pata bhi hota toh she would never accept that she has the same fate as her mom....she would still blaze a path through her dreams.

Word on the bold and that is what is going to be the base of Adi-Mithi conversation. He will convince her that he is going to make sure that Imlie get her rights and he rectifies all his mistakes... he is not going to do what Dev did, he cannot and that sincerity is going to convince Mithi of his sachai. This is the test of that vishwaas that Mithi had put in Aditya when she they got married. That was one of the reason that Aditya could not let Imlie go, not at that ashram or later and now when the relationship is of the mother-son, he need to give justification and show that the trust that she has put on him is not wrong. That her perception that SM, imlie, life has only given her dhokha is not correct and he would change it.. it would be a very important conversation.

The epi started off so well with Imlie handling the snotty college students in her classic Imaliya style :)

But then Didi ka grahan lag gaya pure episode ko....

Long story short, the sindoor drama continued today...and it's even continuing in the precap🤔😆....I'm now feeling as exhausted of all this as poor Imaliya looks in the precap...utterly drained out as Malini lashes out at her yet again with her faltu drama.

Malini's mask continued to slip today as well....revealing her true self even as she tries to cover up her controlling behavior in the guise of being "protective". She first scolded Imlie because she felt embarrassed about her own image in front of the College Principal but tried to portray to Imlie as if she was saving HER image.

Then even after bringing Imlie home, Malini kept the ranting going even in front of the Tripathis....today she couldn't be bothered to present her sweet facade to them and justified herself in the name of "maintaining discipline" ....lol claiming she was trying to "protect" Imlie in the college, that is why she removed her sindoor......also revealing inadvertently that she's been TOLERATING Imlie all this while cuz she thought Imlie made innocent mistakes but now she isn't able to tolerate Imlie cuz Imlie is putting on sindoor😕😆.

The Tripathis did look taken aback by this roop of Malini today and tried to gently diffuse the situation saying ki koi baat nahin, Imlie ke gaaon ka rivaaz hai etc. etc. but Malini literally cut off all of them - bade ho ya chhote.....she was acting like the Queen of the house whom everyone must listen to as she "maintains discipline".

Anyways, the sindoor is just an excuse....Malini is unloading her frustration and insecurity on Imlie, but I feel no sympathy because she is still claiming to do it all in the name of "protection" even while misbehaving with Imlie to this extent....scolding and berating her so much to the point that poor Imlie was murmuring a sorry in so much helplessness.

No Adi in the whole epi.....lol so pata nahin kal bhi dusri Mrs. C wala dialogue aayega bhi ki nahin. Didi is out of control now and feeling more entitled to misbehave with Imlie....the Tripathis are not equipped to stop her....

Adi pata nahin kal kya bolega cuz whatever he's said doesn't seem to be enough. Didi is kicking it to next level in the precap by doing another round of faltu sindoor tamasha and telling Imlie to take her sindoor ka dabba. I just can't get Imlie's drained out/exhausted face out of my mind.

So what is the purpose of all this, one has to wonder.....was this supposed to be a reminder to Imlie ki woh jaise sochti hai, waise duniya mein aur koi nahin sochta? Her faith, which anchors her, carries her through every tough situation today crashed into the harsh reality of Didi ke frustrations......so maybe this is meant to show to Imlie that no one will let her live in peace simply with carrying her faith in her heart. Even if she thinks she is not taking anything away from someone, they will not let her have a moment's peace by herself either. So a choice will have to be made....does she really think even if she stopped wearing that sindoor, Didi will be pacified?

Malini has literally drained the life out of Imlie in her first day of college.....is this a sustainable situation? Time for Adi, Imlie and maybe even the Tripathis to think this through. I don't know where the writers are taking this but if this is the status quo, Imlie will need to leave the house again cuz Malini has fully gone off the deep end and no one seems capable of stopping her twisted torturing of Imlie.

This was an exhausting epi to watch and I'm not looking forward to another round of bakwaas from Didi tomorrow much either.....anyways, let's see how it goes.

Dekhte hain kya hota hai but I'm finding myself very skeptical that Adi is going to feel guilt in the aftermath of this....if he was guilty, Malini would have capitalized on it to reel him in....but she is sensing that she still doesn't have him in control, that is why she is still lashing out at Imlie.

Contrite for Imlie not for Malini 😆 because again Imlie will have to bear the brunt of his impulsive action, or outburst. Malini is lashing out at Imlie because she is losing control over Aditya . I think, as is already discussed, this behavior of Malini is going to push him further away from Malini. In comparison, I think Aditya will always feel guilt now for Imlie and the pain she has to face because of the mess he created. Whatever he would have felt for Malini, she is strangling it with her own two hands by following her mother's path.

I so agree to all of this. Mithi and adi will be each other's secret keepers. Adi owes her explanation and assurance. Very crucial that entire conversation will be. Should Imlie know that Mithi knows? Should Imlie be part of that conversation? Hmm!

And then both of them sneezed together. And we got another sour/upset reaction from Malini. Matlab she does not even like anyone sneezing at the same time as Aditya. 😆

Imlie will have to give her own justification of why she lied but this conversation should be between Aditya and Mithi. Imlie will know that Mithi knows because only then she will think of that as an option when things go out of control here at T's and IMO, Imlie needs someone who is not BBSB to share her emotions, identify those, to give her the clarity of the path that she needs to take. Currently she has no one with whom she can do it, so a mother who is her best friend and who knows the background would go a long way for her. 😊
