Can someone tell me that does Pakhi really understand what love means, or does she even love Virat?

She does not even love herself, i feel at times.

@ bold, interesting because I always thought the opposite. I think that she has a very high sense of self importance and cannot actually see beyond herself.

1. She believed herself to be so formidable that she got fooled with that vaada virat made. It made sense to her that someone could stay celibate his whole life for her while she is married.

2. Her bezzati hui rant everytime sai or virat says anything against her. She thinks herself above everyone else that's why they can't utter a word against her.

3. Even devkit thing , she though it was her way to win against sai when that fight has got nothing to with her.

She believes herself to be perfect and everything always revolves around herself in her world.

But its not just PP who observes them, others do too. They are also as manipulative as pp is especially bk and sonali. And given that pp is not a good enough actor, its more reason to share the dialogues and screen time with the rest of the cast. Its different if the scene has only 3 people but when there are 4 other actors who are available to provoke virat why not use them all.

or

She shouldn't have married Samrat at all

If she had loved Virat

She would not have accepted his vaada at all. Who wouldn't want the love of your life to be happy? How is it even love? If you cannot see them with someone else it is still okay, but can not expect that they don't get their share of happiness.

I understand everything she does, she is jealous of Sai as she is Virat's wife. She dislikes her and thinks she is unfit for Virat. All said and done, how can you all knowing everything take away someone's happiness (Devi Tai) just to put Sai down. And since then i have a dislike for that character, till then i was ok and to an extent i understood the characters suffering and also held Virat responsible.

But she actually burnt the letter and put the blame on Sai, why????

The only reason I want Virat to know her truth is what she has done to his sister, nothing else.

Virat sides with Pakhi most of the times is because his thought process matches with hers. She voices out his thought process as she reads him well. But that is not counted as love, never can be.

She wants everything to revolve around her and loves self -pity and gets pleasure out of being told how mahaan she is for swallowing her grief and still bring an adarsh bahu but she doesn't actually "love" herself or have any self respect. She loves to play victim and talk about how alone and sad she is but doesn't tell anyone. If she did love/respect herself, have any self worth, she would have stayed in her parents home focusing on her life or maybe she'd have actually found a job instead of simply creating a drama about it. If she had any self respect or regard for her own welfare she would never have agreed to be married to the brother of the guy she thought she loved within days of her "breakup" (virat refusal to marry her or acknowledge their " love" was effectively a breakup) . Why would she willingly want to be near a guy who asked her to move on and get married to someone else?!

The real problem for me,

Was that I still watched yesterday’s episode

Even after losing all love for Virat

I am angry at Sai in some ways

But I have lost love for Virat, there is a difference

The whole thing made him look like a buffoon

What’s worse, he said all that in a police uniform

So disrespectful to the profession too.

Btw

This CN main the distance between the dehleez of the house and the main kitna lamba hai Boss?!?!
that Pakhi lifted her saree to walk across like she was climbing a mountain

As for the triangle dialogues

Same shit, another day!

Pakhi calling Sai selfish and not caring about family

Sai telling her why are you interfering you have no shame

Virat saying you can’t talk like that to her

how many times we have heard the same stuff, it has become like our morning toilet routine

So mundane, smelly and can’t wait to get it over with!

Correct, I agree to all the points above. But that is self importance thinking I am great and I am a some sort of a goddess. But that does not mean she loves herself, she thinks herself as very high and Sai as someone who is worthless. She wants Virat as a possession and not because she cares for him.

She has no self respect and self esteem and hence is ready to put those things at stake. She does not realise it, a person who cares for self would not have put herself in such a situation.

To an extent Virat is also that way, he knew how to love others. But the thought process is different, he values others but he isnt selfish. But only in case of Sai, he wants something for himself and that was the hurt today. This was probably the first time he thought about himself, became a little selfish and received a blow.

In that case, she has narcissistic traits. @ bold , because she wanted to be admired from far, be within reach but unattainable. I'd bet she even felt flattered that someone would go that far for her (celibacy drama). I remember when sai first got married, she was actually nice to her but when virat started to notice sai, her whole stance change. She felt her importance diminished and from there, she started acting up.

Isn't that a contradiction then ? Having so much self worth but not loving yourself. Doesn't that go hand in hand? I do believe she must have some kind of mental disorder because her behaviour doesn't make sense. When confronted with logic ( e.g during the ladak trip) , she keeps deflecting the truth and even told her parents not to tell something she doesn't want to hear. She is like an autrich who keeps burying herself in sand when faced with hard truth.

On top of that, Kaku and gang keep on feeding her delusions with their praises.

As for Virat, he is different. He has his self respect and when he goes wrong, he does realise his mistakes albeit a bit late, and apologises.

Agree completely, Virat is emotional but his heart will always think good for others. Even today, guess he was the only one worried about his sister. Rest all were worried about how to take Sai down.

Pakhi as a character, i dont understand post the ladakh trip. It was difficult earlier but ladakh trip was like what am i watching,. Is this female confused or am I? So its not the story line, its the presentation.

She needs to actually act like younger version of Kaku but she cant, she fails miserably.

You are right. No use breaking our head over it. She is a character we can only think of as a comic relief from now on with the kind of acting being performed.
