you are actually bringing up lot of issues today for us to discuss. your experience reminds of the importance of sexual education from childhood. how important it is for us to teach our children of good touch and bad touch so that they can come to us when exploited.

Thank you! And I’m fine now.. unfortunately I remembered very late though by the grace of god they never touched me inappropriately but yes did show me a lot things that a child shouldn’t be showed... it didn’t stop there as I grew older and especially in Delhi had more of these unfortunate incidents including school premises...

As you said the issues stem from the taboo of sex education and the the inability for us to provide children with that education or explain to them what is right and wrong.... it’s not limited to women only even men suffer through this kind of harassment...

This stems from the views is a patriarchal society where we differentiate based in gender.. when a man is with mang girls he is called a player but when a girl is with many men she is called a sl*t... we say grow some balls to show strength and call someone a p**sy to show they are weak whereas the balls are actually the most sensitive in a mans body and the vag**a the strongest in a woman’s.....

the societal norms are the ones that need to be changed and the shackles broken... that is why it hard for some people to accept a character like Sai who doesn’t fall into the category of a woman who is meek..

a lot of my ptsd stems from my childhood trauma of being sexually harassed by one of the maids who worked for us... my mind made me forget it but my subconscious carried it on... it put me in a shell over the years and the trigger to it all was leaving home for college and going abroad away from my parents to a foreign land and being homesick.. it brought back all those memories of the past that my mind had made me forget....

That is why it is so important for younger kids especially 5 years and below to have a health and normal life and happy life... it’s scientifically proven

Hey Siya,I get it. Cuz,unfortunately I had been subjected to a very low level too, when I was in 3rd ,from one of my own. Fortunately ,I got a go from there somehow, got saved in the nick of time. But,ot still disturbs me when I see that person, and I cannot even address it,actually this is the first time I have been saying it out.

Even me,I even got anxiety due to all this. But fortunately ,I stood up when I realised I was hurting myself to some non sense people.

absolutely. we can be the only ones to bring that change. we may bot be able to change the thinking of people our age but we can absolutely teach our next generation correct values.

Thank you Siya🤗

And no, I am not ashamed of it. Why should I be in the first place ? This is a realization I had quite early.

The disturbance is not by the incident, but when such people show off like they are innocent is bad.

Pulkit in his legal documents like official paper put Devyani name in wife column. So who has right to take decision on her behalf. Can Virat arrest someone without an arrest warrant or proper FIR?

I guess according to Indian Law, a person's marriage is declared null and void if they're separated for seven years or more. So in that way Pulkit and Devi's Marriage is finished. They don't have even a registered certificate or a receipt for which can prove they're married. So in one way, Kaku is still the legal guardian of Devi and she can easily file a complaint against Pulkit

So sorry about this!! I can understand. Cheers for staying strong, I hope you are doing all okay now.🤗

It makes me sad, that I don't know a single girl who hasn't, been harassed or eve teased or been in place of unwanted sexual advances :(

I guess it's life dear, if there is positive there has to be negative, lord has created everything equally, lights and darkness as well. But,it depends on how we travel through this ,only that makes you different as a human being.
