The best part about the car scene was it had all elements of their equation in it. Daant, the playfulness, Imlie’s inquisitiveness, Aditya’s authority, their increasing level of comfort, a deep sadness to the way they happened to be, honesty, maturity and newfound love. That is why it never turned out to be the cringe fest we were fearing despite the embellishments in the car’s trunk.

I finally watched the epi after reading through your reviews because the WU was not making me feel that Adi & Imlie had a good convo. Glad I did because I loved their convo as well as the set up for it.

I guess we can conclude that Adi did not oppose Malini when she scolded Imlie because he was worried that Imlie would be misunderstanding the hug from Malini & get hurt over it. That was the foremost thought in his mind today & he wanted to clear the misunderstanding to Imlie at the earliest.

I just loved the way Adi- Imlie convo was setup. Them in the car with Adi scolding her as usual for her fiddling with the car system & telling her he would teach her how to operate the car system functions later. Imlie getting amused seeing the balloons, Adi buying the balloons for her, then, all the plants & teddies on the way, finally asking Imlie to open the car boot by making an excuse of car tyre getting punctured. Love the face Imlie made when Adi asked her to get out of the car & check the boot.

Imlie opened the boot & saw the framed sketch along with all the balloons, teddies & plants. Adi came & offered her a glass of cutting chai, Imlie perplexed smiled slightly & took the glass. She questioned him why he did all the decorations when he usually says anything that he wants bedhadak. Adi told her he wanted to talk to her quietly & explain himself to her.

Adi started saying that she should not misunderstand what she saw with the hug & Imlie tried to brush it aside saying she wasn't hurt by it. Adi scolded her that he knows that she is upset by it & should stop her nautankis. He told her clearly that now there is no intimacy anymore in his relationship with Malini & he doesn't want to keep any curtains about his status with Malini from Imlie.

Adi reminded her own line about a dhaga being a rishta if you have faith in it & he tells her that he believes in their rishta. He has fallen in love with their rishta indirectly telling her he has fallen in love with her as she had restricted him saying the words out loud to her. She is his first wife & has all the rights on him i e she should never hesitate to ask about anything with him.

Imlie says that she is not asking for any proof of loyalty from him. Yes she was hurt seeing them close but she was also hurt seeing Malini's pain to which Adi replies that he also can't see Malini in pain. He told her that Malini has been asking him about the distance that has come between them but he is not able to tell the truth to her despite his resolve to tell the truth. But he always hesitates thinking about how it will affect her. He gets reminded how she had fainted when he had told her that he had been forced to marry Imlie once before & how she had been distressed & stopped eating when he had been away for 4 days. Imlie listens to him quietly & both are pondering over the issue.

This convo will continue tomorrow & we will get a better understanding about the purpose & conclusion of this talk. But I loved the parts of the convo that we got today. It was so genuine & honest. I like how they talk about the issues immediately & do not let them fester. They are truly partners discussing all the pros & cons of revealing the truth to Malini & deliberating on how to reveal it to her. Imlie might want to keep Malini in dark but I think she will think about the points that Adi will make about how no one will be happy if they continue the way they are going on now. DC's advice about telling the bitter truth now rather than living with the sweet poison of lies & deception may also play a role. Let's see whether Imlie will still stick to her decision or get convinced to some extent by Adi.

So so average to above average episode today. The adi imlie sequence was mindblowingly confusing, adis admitting love for imlie and then saying malini ko kaise hurt karoon. Kabhi bolta hai hum tumhe yakeen dilana chahte hain ki tum humpe bharosa kar sakti ho. Then he says malini humse roz sawaal karti hai ki hum unse door kyun hote jaa rahe hain. Dude needs to decide what he wants to do. Its like he is expressing all this so that his 19 year old wife can find a solution for him. Kal ka continuation dekhna padega to understand ki aakhir chahta kya hai banda.

Abhi dono maa beti chaturvedi bechari imlie ka khoon peene nikle hain. And hated the malini imlie confrontation in the precap.

One last question before I close out my stay in the forum for today - say the whole sindoor thing happens, will Imlie ever go around without it anymore? Now that it is an accepted rishta.

Will Aditya ever want Imlie going around without it anymore? Or will he ask her to wear something else that is symbolic of their relationship? I cannot even imagine the drama that will follow if they decide that the sindoor stays before any truth reveal happens

It gave Imlie food for thought about her own decision to keep Malini in the dark. Hopefully she uses this advice to come to her own conclusion.

I thanked God that we were spared from AC barging into the scene & destroying the one good moment between DC & Imlie. Guess she wa busy making plans with Malini on how to spy on your husband😆.

no it is not gonna stay it is a momentarily thing which is why she covered it with a chunni.. they can't keep it FOr her everyday use there is no excuse and it is sindoor no joke.. so yeah while he gave her the haq made that a good memory for her it is not permanent just yet Not IMO

I think he took it as the truth of His situation too which is why it wasn't such a redflag for him .. he was talkign about his secret his scenario his rishte getting messed up caz of his truth and imlie apna baat kar rahi thi they were too consumed in their own web hence they both ignored and went along with the conversation in the flow and zyada notice nahi kia 😃
