Why doesn't Bollywood make good teen dramas?

Hollywood has so many good teen dramas and some of them such as Mean Girls are iconic. But I don't recall the last good movie for teenagers which has come out from Bollywood. Most of them are duds at the box-office as well.

Those don't exist in Bollywood
