Aaj ka breakfast scene bohat entertaining tha. First Adi was social distancing from Malini & did not sit beside her. Nishant ki marriage related comments sun ke chal padi Malini didi apna gyaan baatne but Adi ne uske har point ko karara counter point diya.

Adi countered all her points rationally...ki life partner ki apni bhi soch honi chahiye, woh aapko challenge karte rahe, compromises & adjustments ho dono sides se because humesha dono agree nahi karenge but aapki understanding of each other badhegi hi with all your disagreements. Last but final point toh directly Imlie quote tha ki rishte vishwas pe chalte hai logic pe nahi. Side pe Adi's mom & dad were listening closely to this debate. End main Malini ki shakal toh aisi pachak gayi thi😆 Accha hua Adi ko Imlie ko call karne ke liye nikal gaya waha se nahi toh Malini apna point prove karane ke liye ro hi deti😆

Yes, Imlie knows that Aditya loves her but I think she is still not clear what his stand or intentions for Malini are, that point he had not yet made it clear to her yet. He has made it clear to us audience and himself but not to her. Hence she is still insecure about his feelings for her as it came out in the phone call. Yesterday he said she has the first haq on him but that also was as a wife. She still needs to understand the full extent of Aditya feelings for her and what he can do for her vs what his current thoughts and feelings are in relation to Malini.Now she is backing up because she still thinks Aditya and Malini will be more happy with each other. I doubt it’s easy for her to forget all those PDA session she has witnessed. Hence Aditya will have to do much more to make her believe that he was not in love with Malini, he just thought he was. She is not Malini to just be OK with Jalebis and samosas😆she needs more.

Writing about it also sounds weird to me that how can a guy live in such a big delusion for 7 years but it is what it is and well “ yeh ishq nahin aasan” or inka to bilkul bhi nahi 😆

Re Malini , totally agree on the breakfast conversation and even I felt that she was on the verge to burst out crying because he was not in sync with her 😆

Exactly, he was putting his own POV across and she took him as going against her. She also came to talk about it and it would have ended up that "tum door ja rahe ho" and expecting the jaap but Aditya was too busy to take care of her ruffled feathers. That was another thing that changed that he does not accommodate her and or her feelings any more. He did not even realize that his putting her POV was impacting her or that she was upset. If she had got that point up in the room , I am sure his reaction would be like "Are you really upset over that small discussion, there are bigger things to worry about"😆😆That reminds if she is not able to take such a small thing, how will she face the bigger truths.

Well at least the incompatibility that was only visible to us is coming across to every one on the table and hopefully the family starts realizing one step at a time that the perfect couple of their house is actually not perfect but the most imperfect one.😛

Regarding tag, they really need to fix it, you cannot tag anyone in the edit mode only before you post.

So true, he is Ok accepting the relationship if asked but he is not able to do it voluntarily. I do think that he might tell her after holi that if telling the truth is what it will take for you to come back home then I will now tell the truth but Imlie will the put the restrictions that she will come back home but you will not tell the truth to protect him from the backlash. So his hands will be tied and will stop himself from declaring to every person that he has two wives 😊

Sometimes I think he is really too much, koi sharam hi nahi hain, first he was committed to Malini so he was all Ok with these two marriages because in his mind/heart/soul, Malini is the one, Now Imlie is the one and as long as he is loyal to her, so everything is fine. I am not sure but in the precap the cap she starts smiling. Her face is covered but her cheeks start coming up but i can be totally wrong. I think that she will use Bade Kaka as a shield to just declare that she is staying in hostel or just leave as you said and Aditya will not be able to do anything. He will be left fuming becuase unke samne itne easily haq nahi jata payega and BK would take him home with him. Either ways, Adi will have to swallow the bitter pill that Imlie left with Pari.

I think Badke Kaka will meet Imlie. Imlie will not allow Adi to tell the truth. She will tell that either he was there by coincidence or her mother had called him up & told him that she would arrive today so that he can help her settle in the hostel.

Prakash will be introduced as her friend who came to drop her. Badke kaka might try to take Imlie to T house, Adi also egging him on but Imlie would still refuse to go to T house & insist on staying in hostel.

That's my prediction but my preictions fail 90% of the times so I am prepared for anything😆.

But this drama is turning out to be quite unpredictable. We expect one thing to happen but 10 things happen at the same time😆.

He definitely would have had the knowledge & means to safeguard himself from the repercussions of this marriage. But he felt that she could be safe only with him. He tried once again to leave her in PD the second time, but you could see on his face that he was reluctant to leave her there. And then the gunshot incident happened, & his belief that she will be safe only with him got cemented. After that his care, worry & protectiveness for her were shown in more obvious ways.

Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if the forced marriage had not taken place. Would they still find a way to be a part of each other's life & fallen in love eventually or would their acquaintance end with the end of his trip? I for one believe they would because as shown time & again they were destined for each other.

@bold: A slight correction there....Imlie never told the villagers that Adi promised to marry her....she only told them that SHE is willing to marry him to save his life. At no point did she indicate that her and Adi had that kind of relationship or any promises to marry....her stance was clear that she only agreed cuz the villagers wanted to kill him otherwise. Adi also only stopped protesting after she begged him to stop talking😆....cuz she was trying to manage the situation for both of them.

If the forced marriage had never taken place, I think destiny would have found other ways to throw them in each other's path but it may have taken longer.....the marriage essentially erased the city/village divide that they may have otherwise had to overcome to begin to view each other as actual partners.....otherwise it may have just stayed till the point of friendly banter and wishing each other well. Adi would have gone back to the city, married Malini in his delusion that he still loves her and Imlie would have landed up in the city in some other way to study/make her career....their paths then would have crossed later on. The forced marriage essentially turbo charged their equation and brought in awareness that otherwise may have taken longer to develop between them consciously since their life goals were on different paths in other ways.

Re: Badke Kaka.....lol I just feel that if Imlie meets him, it's hard to imagine the family being all relaxed on learning ki Imlie is back in the city in a hostel now. I'd expect the whole Tripathi gang to go rushing to pick her up and bring her home😆.....and Imlie kya excuse degi of not coming back with them? Wohi same naukraani wala? lol I guess that could work.....

And yes, then the Prakash factor....uska kya explanation denge at this point....ki woh Imlie ka dost hai so she'd rather take his help than the Tripathis that she claimed to love as her own in the city? 😆 I'd thought they'd introduce Prakash to the family when they want to show them start to presume him and Imlie are together but agar yeh abhi hi introduce ho gaya toh that goes on the backburner then?

And then the upcoming Holi epi BTSs just made it seem to me like that is the first time the Tripathis will learn that Imlie is in the city😆.....

I also felt that Adi went to visit Imlie on his own for Holi....that didn't seem like something BK would send him to do....

But anyways, it can go either ways.....Imlie can manage to ghumaao Badke Kaka also if she wants to.....lol let's see😆
