According to his brother in law, in 2009 he told them he was feeling strange. In 2013 he went to his family and told them he wanted to quit acting. His sisters said he felt very low and sought psychiatric help in 2013. Yet Ankita said there was no history of depression. Either she's lying, ignored the signs or he hid it from her. Either way that denotes cracks in a relationship. Cracks that maybe by 2016 caused the end of it.
I think it can also happen that between a couple, one person is happy and is under the illusion that they are a happy couple.. and if you ask their better half they will say that they don’t have a happy married/ relationship or life. Some people either expect too much or take too much in a relationship/ want something different and other partner is aloof to their needs (could have to do with personality of both partners; they are unable to understand each other). Could also be cultural factors- it does impact the way people behave or understand each other. Like Maharashtrians are pretty straightforward in their nature, with Biharis, UPites, you have to read between the lines in order to actually understand what is being conveyed..everywhere it’s different..
For all we know, she may not be lying and was blissfully unaware of what was really going on with him, me may have only “looked” happy but may have wanted to part ways, we will never know. A depressed person doesn’t have a face or an expression that can be read through.
