I remember watching bade acche lagte hai. Even there was a dysfunctional couple ram-priya (less than zeetv ekta shows) who had a spoilt child,Pihu(apparently the younger version was a cutie pie and hallmark of the show) .

A love triangle was formed between Pihu, suhani(priyas doctor) and Sammy(pihu's childhood friend)

Pihu was obsessed with Sammy while Sammy and Suhani were in love.However Suhani decided to sacrifice her love, seeing pihu's obsession and ofcourse for Priya's happiness. She later broke up with Sammy ruthlessly citing that she only used him and love someone else.He was hurt and decided to marry Pihu(which was successful only for few months and soon he became obsessed with suhani and had a tragic death)

P.S : I feel that the makers are copy-pasting the same storyline on pranbir(or probably balaji shows does the same to all their shows with minor changes) which I don't want.

There is a bts uploaded of rr engagement in zee5 app where rr are talking about Prachi i think n kk is saying about how ishq is aag ka dariya n all! Ranbir is drinking too and they show the scene where Ranbir is about to put the ring in Dkb’s finger then he imagines Prachi! Arey Prachi samajhke ring na daalde

Ranbir's mom's metaphor about cake and happiness was such bs😆.

She thinks pushing her son to get engaged at this time when he is clearly heartbroken is far from ok. She should smash her face in the happiness cake, instead.🥱
