Honestly I hope she does say that only so he can get a flashback to when he himself said it!! In my head, he is always the one that wants to take their relationship public because so long as they are dating in secret, the chances of her leaving will also be greater. It's super toxic and I hope he doesn't think this way but once a relationship becomes public it's harder to leave because it's like airing their dirty laundry for the world to see. If they want to go down this route, I think it would be in line with Shaurya's character.
