Samrat lost his happiness because of these two. They took decision of his life without involving him at all, by keeping him in the dark. That man did not deserve this.

He didn't think of the consequences. Maybe he believed so much in his and Patralekha's maturity that they will never let Samrat know.

Exactly my point. Samrat deserved to be the one to decide for himself.
