well both pakhi and virat are at fault , they shouldn't have hide it from samrat they don't have right to take decision on behalf of him , par mujhe virat seh zyaada pakhi ka lagha even though virat did give her promise , it was her who decided to get married to samrat in first place assuming virat was having time pass with her nothing else then when she come to know truth she want him to accept her marry her , when he denied same asked her to marry his brother whom he assume as a better match for pakhi , his this action cannot be termed as ehsaan in my opinion i know sam did save virats life in their childhood but from there i felt their bond was stronger their love for each other was stronger they were shiva and jeeva the closest one , and also virat and pakhis affection cannot be termed as love either and it wasn't that strong that he fight against his family whom he love from his birth so he choose his families happiness his brothers happiness , which was evident , virat has seen how happy was samrat in all this how excited he was regarding his marriage , so he doesn't want to snatch his brothers happiness his families happiness so he decides to sacrifice his love (the one he assume to be his love ) , pakhi did have numerous chances to backoff from this marriage even her father repeatedly told her to back off he is there he will handle but for her at any means she wanna stay close to virat if that means she needs to marry samrat she will do that , even if sam and virat were not cousins she will go ahead with this wedding because she assume virat cheated on her
