OT Shown... Shanshank ask woz assisting me from Kirti... Armaan comes there & Shanshank ask him to monitor ECG of d patient as his BP is not stable... Operation starts... All interns taking notes from d Observation desk besides d OT... Muskaan as usual making faces... Rahul signaling her to take notes...
Armaan watches Rhidz & goes lost... Rhidz looks at him & den continue to take notes... Shashank calls Armaan but hez lost as Rhidz's harsh words r still making him sad... Kirti calls him too, Armaan comes back to senses... hashank ask Kirti to take over & Kirti ask Armaan to leave... Armaan leaves sadly... Rhidz looks at him shocked...
Outside OT Armaan still standing there... He says sorry... Kirti scolds him hard... Shashank says i shud hv to b sorry... Kirti keeps bashing him & ask wat were u thinking... Shashank says coz of ur carelessness patient wud hv died & i m gonna note dis in ur report myself... Shashank says think dat d patient is not yet a body & is a son of someone & ask Armaan to get out of his OT... Shashank & Kirti Leaves... Armaan stands there upset & sad... Rhidz watching all dis... Armaan removes his dress & leaves... Rhidz standing there looking worried... Rhidz thinking wat to do...

Armaan at d Nurse station looking very sad... Aunty from Kasuali (Name - Shahnaaz Bi) comes there... Armaan looks pleased to see her... Shahnaaz Bi complaints dat its been 2 weeks dat he came back but didnt even call her once... Dey hug & Armaan silently cry over her shoulder... as dey unhug, he wipes his tears, but she figures out dat something is definitely wrong... She ask wats wrong... Rhidz watching all dis.... dey sit on a couch to talk... Shahnaaz Bi ask hi wats wrong & says i didnt gave u birth but i m like ur mom... she says i know u when u were too small... Armaan says nothing... Shahnaaz Bi says is it a case of Love... Armaan dont respond... Shahnaaz Bi says dat tell me i will help u... she sees his Pushtaini Kada in his hand... She says dat my hair hvnt grown gray under sunshine (she mean i m a grown up & understand everything thru experience)... She says i know everything & people told her in Kasuali dat a girl came to see him... She ask him whoz d girl... Armaan try to avoid d & doctors adviced her to see some Gud Specialist, so i came here meet u... Armaan ask for a report... Shahnaaz Bi says i hv d reports wid me but i will show it to u only when u tell me wats wrong... Armaan says dat there is no problem... Shahnaaz Bi says dat i knew from d time wen u used to play wid girl Like Kishen Kanahiya dat one day u will meet a girl... Armaan cuts her sentence saying who will make me mad (jo mujhe ghuma ke rakh degi...) Shahnaaz Bi says & dats wat is happening... she says if u dont tell me den do u think i will not know anything... Armaan says yes of course... Dey leave...
Rhidz seeing all dis & says dat i have to talk to Armaan otherwise he will spoil his Personl as well as Professional life...
Atul says dat i m angry wid Rhidz as she hv kept e away from Anji ever since she become monitor... He calls her a witch... Armaan says u r callingher a witch... Atul says no i m not saying it in a bad way as Witches r also like us...
Nana shouting & says y r u pouring someone else's anger on me... Armaan ask him not to to dramas... As he is about to leave he finds Gappu under Nana's bed... Armaan ask wats he doing there... Gappu says dat d girl he like is leaving... Nana says is dis a hosital or something else, everyone is falling in love... Gappu says dat i wanna go back to Lonavala... Armaan sighs as if hez trying to tell Gappu dat its not possible as his treatment not yet over... den Gappu says dat i wanna see a movie (i think its a children movie - Horton)... Armaan explains d movie is about an Elephant... Armaan says i read about it in d newpaper & even i wanna see it... Nana says r u a kid dat u wanna see some kids movie... Armaan says dat i wanna see d movie coz even i m trying to make someone understand something...

Armaan checking some patient... he ask a ward boy to shift d patient to shift him in d ward... As hes about to leave, he feels Rhidz's presence... Shes standing behind a curtain... He sees her & remember wen she did his dressing in d dark room (Asmaani rang playing at background...)... Both keep staring at each other for a while... as hes about to leave Rhidz try to talk to her, but he still leaves...
Nana comes out of d curtain & stops her & ask Rhidz to come wid him as he wanna talk to her.. She says dat i will talk to u later... Nana says dat Look at him(Armaan), he used to b such a cheerful & happy go lucky guy, but now he looks lost... He says i know dat u hv problem wid him, but dont u try to talk to him... Rhidz says dats wat i m trying to do, but hez not listening... She says dis way he will spoil his life & his career too... Nana says u dont worry i m there to help u, u tell d name of d place & i will bring him there... Rhidz smiles...
Armaan opens his Locker & takes out His pushtaini Kada from his POCKET... he caresses his Kada remembering old times... (Ishq leta... playing at background...)... Song stops & Rhidz comes there... He turns over... She saya i wanna talk to u about something important.. He ask is it related to some work... She says no... Armaan says wat else except work, d most u can yell at me, but no use as no body is there to watch all d drama...Rhidz try to says somethig, but he leaves... Rhidz keeps thinking...
