if you are too good than someone heroes get jealous and do not give you roles

govinda is too good at comedy and dialogue and dance

sso no hero risk giving him side role too as he will over shadow them in acting

He was unprofessional and mean to many coworkers including the producers and directors when the tide was on his side. I believe his failed attempts at being a producer is why hes lost 15 crores.

He was an unprofessional and undisciplined actor who came late or sometimes didn't come in to work at all. In addition he was paranoid and superstitious. The traits that made him a difficult actor to work with - and one who wasn't worth the aggravation when his movies stopped being hits - are even worse traits for a producer.

In his last 38 movies dating back to 1999 he's had 4 hits. 2001 (31 films ago) was his last solo hit and the last two hits were in 2006 and 2007 starring Akshay and Salman. He just hasn't worked as lead hero actor for the general audience for two decades and his ego won't let him be anything else.

He was arrogant, and unprofessional, and acc to gossip, a prime candidate for #metoo accusations if any of the ladies decided to speak up.

Is it any wonder no one wants to work with him?

Govinda failed to reinvent himself. Akshay started making better movies sallu became the bhai while srk is also stuck. Govinda's recent movies have been bad.

Eventually people in the industry are manipulative.
