Vanraj or anyone else for that matter can't demand people to forgive them... it's a victim's choice whether they forgive or not... Anu doesn't have to forgive him, neither does Samar or Anu's maayke wale...

Vanraj's hard work is not being ignored... his hard work and relationship to his parents and children is the reason why he still comes and goes from the house so frequently, and today he is even keeping his mistress there... yes Anu was wrong to agree to keep her there but we can't forget that Vanraj had already decided he wanted to before Anu even said yes...

Our Vee is just an arrogant, entitled individual who is basically trying to emotionally blackmail and force everyone (aka Anu, Samar, Kinjal- rest have started behaving pretty much normally with him nowadays anyway) to forgive him😡

Nice points. But its a nice debate.

My empathetic nature made me sympathise for Vanraj today.

But tomorrow the same expressions on Vanraj 😡 He will stay with Kavya. And Samar is not allowed to have a gf

See vanraj ko hamesha king ki tarah treat kiya gaya hai yahan tuk khana bhi uski marzi ks bana. Vanraj ko gobhi ke parsthey pasand nahin to ghar mein around 45 year kisi ne gobhi ke parsthey nahin khaye kyonki vanraj ko pasand nahin

Only once anupama made gobhi ke parsthey banaye apne liye usme bhi anupama ko kitni daant padi ki yeh to vanraj ko bhookha rakhna chahti hai

To vanraj ko hamesha king ki tarah treat kiya use jagah mein paani uske liye to khana bhi parsa gaya jub ki khana hamesha vanraj ke paas hamesha 1mm ki doori pe rakha rehta tha phir bhi vanraj khud khana nahin paras sakta tha

Bus ek cheez reh gayi thi ki vanraj ko spoon feeding nahin karaayi hat bus chale to vanraj 3 bade bacchon ke father hone ke baad bhi spoon feeding hi karata

To yahan vanraj jabardasti simpathy card play kar rahe hain ki uske saath kitna, anyaay hua but realty yeh uske saath koi anyaay nahi hua hai

Cheating karne ke pur bhi vanraj ko ghar ke andar aane ko mil raha hai khane ko mil raha hai yeh kya hum hai

But vanraj ko har cheez mein hi negative hi dekhni hai simpathy card hi play karna hai

Vanraj agar respect chahta hai to use khud doosron ko respect dena hoga

People who demand forgiveness as a right never deserve it... it's one of the few rules in life that doesn't even have exceptions imo

We are still on same page. I still remember how horrible was this person till yesterday. But with Pakhi is a nice person, and the same egoistic moron with Anupama

Keeping all the negativities of Vanraj Shah aside, I thought this episode must be a learning one for all those who watch Anupama with their kids. Kids misbehave with their fathers and mothers also.

Vanraj described struggle of every father. Atleast kids audience will come to know what a father goes through. Because fathers dont tell their sacrifices.

Kudos to Sudhanshu Pandey, he well portrayed it

V never respected Samar's professional choice. Today Samar started earning money and V said something like, Ab paise ki garmi chadi hai ( sorry forgot his excat line). No matter what Samar does, he never appreciate his efforts. What would V say when Samar open his own dance academy in multiple cities and become rich man? Tab kahega ki yeh dekho, aaj Vanraj Shah ke bete ne uska naam roshan kar diya. He will take all the credits.

Exactly, Anu had rightly said, bacha galti kare toh maa ke sar aur Medal papa ke gale.

All of your points are true. Bang on. Ravan is evil, but you know his knowledge and his music were positve sides. We will ignore it, because he is a rapist. Even 99% bad people have 1% percent goodness

We are analysing so we become much critical. But to be seen on positive side, Anupama is being watched by all. My generation people, even boys are watching it. Fathers offers us money, but when he doesn't we misbehave. This is our fathers speak. We must learn to know the struggle of our father. Today generation kids easily misbehave with parents, at;east this was an eye opener to them, if they learn from the serial. Atleast we may learn to know what our father goes through. He could have kept the point of Samar being distracted but he is not keeping that point.

Because often I misbehave with my father, if he blames my mother for everything. And my frustrated father speaks the same language. I cried because I saw my father when he scolds me.

VANRAJ SHAH'S KARMA IS STRIKING BACK. BUT I FELT TODAY FOR HIM. FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME

In my post I have summarised his behaviour towards both Anupamaa and Samar, bcoz only these 2 have been at his recieving end, other have never had to bear to his rudeness.

I agree there is 1% goodness in him amd that for me is he genuinely respects jis parents and has never raised voice against them or questioned them. But why did he not try to imbibe this value in toshu amd pakhi. Why he did not reprimand them whenever they misbehaved with their mother, no, just bcoz they were misbehaving with the person he hated, it did not matter to him if she was their mother.

I agree, what all he said is true for all fathers even ours, and we all have misbehaved with our parents at some point or other knowingly or unknowingly, but important is whether our other parent has encouraged us, No. If we misbehave with mummy, our father are first one to scold us and vice versa. What is important is we are corrected for our misbehaviour, but Vanraj never did this in case of Toshu and Pakhi. Infact he encouraged them when they were ashamed to call her their mother, when pakhi said she wants to take Kavya to her school for fun fair, he agreed. When Toshu said he wants Kavya to meet Kinjal's parent instead of Anu, he agreed. Earning for family to fulfill their needs is important but not the only thing to prove yourself a good father.

He loves and respects his mother unconditionally and I really appreciate it, wish he would have taught this to Toshu and pakhi also, but he didn't bcoz he wws enjoying Anu being humiliated by his kids.

He has been so rude to Smar, don't you think he must have craved for his father's love the way he showered them on Toshu and Pakhi, but never received it just bcoz he choose a career which did not appeal him. A good father would support you in your dreams and help them achieve it.

Today he got agitated when just once Samar misbehaved and Anu had been experiencing it for last 25 years, thats the reason I don't sympathise with Vanraj

I agree that people will learn about father's struggle as well, and obviously kids will understand the importance of our Father in our life who are our Santa clauses for lifetime as rightly said by Vanraj, only thing is this is not making me sympathise for Vanraj, but definitely made me realise the sacrifice my father did and is not equally acknowledged just bcoz Father's don't know to express.

But for me Vanraj is NOT a good father.

There was a scene last week's episode where Anu feeding Samar and V feeding Pakhi and Toshu. It made it clear where things belong in the Shah family. Samar craving for father attention but never got any. Anu treated all his kids equally but Toshu and Pakhi always take Anu for granted. Whenever Samar defended Anu, both kids attacked him. Both absorbed this behavior from V, with whom they spend more time than Anu and saw how their beloved father treating their mother.

Also how Samar had strongly supported Toshu in kinjal's matter, but when Toshu had the chance to support his brother, he outright denied it. Kya Samar ko bura nahi laga hoga? Toshu even once didn't felt bad for Samar. Its better to not have a sibling than to have one like Toshu.

Yeah it can well be related to others we all know in real life, there are great fathers out there who aren't valued enough by their kids and others... but in this show Vanraj Shah is most definitely not an undervalued or underappreciated person who doesn't get his due... he is over appreciated and allowed to get away with too much if anything!

Spot on. I never thought of that. Toshu is total trash just like V. I have seen this scenario playing out in real world as well. Your own siblings don't come to your rescue. jab unhe hamari zaroorat thi tab humne unki help ki, par jab humhe unki help support chahiye tha, tab koi nahi aaya. Just like Anu, Samar also has to go thru so much pain, trauma, humiliation.
