This Women's Day my wish is that we all continue to normalise saying "no" when we don't mean yes, being free and able to exercise our rights to choose the paths our lives take, and encouraging those around us to do the same without worrying about societal or familial pressures.

Love this ad really hit close to home. We forget to live our lives because of what people will say. We forget that these people will talk regardless because that’s their job.

Also saw this and given society’s pressures of looking a certain way I think it teaches an important lesson. The most important person to love is yourself. I read once a quote that said if someone asked you to name the people that you loved- how long would it take you to name yourself? And that hit home. So just remember you are all beautiful and stunning inside and outside 🤗
