The episode begins with Anu Van travelling in the car , Van is happy they sent the elders in a hired car after they got flat tyre. Van asks Anu to say something as he was feeling sleepy.
Anupama offers to drive but he asks her to talk about the kids n keep him occupied n prevent him from falling asleep . After some moments Anu talks of a Samar n praises hi. Van and Anu share fond memories of Samar’s naming ceremony .
After Work Kinjal calls Toshu to meet up and they plan going out to eateries, roaming around, site seeing , romancing and then returning home late .
Toshu is worried about Samar alone at home , Kinjal knowing about Sanaa’s secret date plans at home dissuades Tos from returning home early n persuades him to have a great day out , just like their dating days , carefree, romantic .
Tos then agrees with Kinjal was a Samar was not a little kid .
At Shah house Samar asks Nandini to go and check out the gift he had kept in Pakhi’s room . Nandini offers Samar a cake she had baked with lots of love .
Nandini comes dressed in a pretty dress /gown Samar had gifted her .
Nandini returns and finds the place in darkness . Samar switches on all the fairy lights and lights up all the candles . The entire place looks dreamily romantic .
Samar goes on his knees and proposes to Nandini with a pretty ring ... if she would remain his best friend for ever, if she would remain his mother’s daughter n friend all her life, if she would accept his lots of love all her life . Nandini gets overwhelmed with emotions and accepts all his wishes . Samar is very happy n get emotional as he thanks her. He tries to put the ring on her ring finger but it is small for her , she gets disappointed n he accuses her of being fat , both have cute nok jhok when finally Nandini offers her little finger n Samar slips the ring ,
Both get emotional and they dance together .

Right then AnuVan return home , Van is furious when he sees .. Sanan in compromising position . He shouts at Samar and loses his cool and shouts at them .
Sanan are shocked . KinTos reach right then and they are shocked too . Anupama tries to calm agitated Van but he refuses to accept Sanan relationship .
Van scolds Samar for crossing the lines the moment he found himself alone . He scolds KinTos and specially Toshu for not keeping eye on Samar and allowing him a free hand that resulted in his crossing the lines . He accuses Samar of forgetting his sanskaar . Anupama asks Van to stop. He says Samar n Nandini would never cross their lines as they were too sanskaar I and knew their limits . Van refuses to accept Sananrishtaa as Nandini was nice of a Kavya . All get confused at Van’s unacceptable reasoning n question him on his statement .
Anu asks him What was the relationship between Kavya and Sanan ‘s rishtaa ??
just because Nandini’s parents were divorced she could not be blamed for that ?? Tomorrow AnuVan will get divorced and Samar also will be known as son of divorced parents !! So will Pakhi !! What difference would it make for Sanan rishtaa then ?? Anu says she has no objections to Sanan rishtaa MD she liked Nandini too.
Van remains full of fury and argues against them ,,,he accuses Anupama of encouraging her son going on the wrong path . Elder son was negligent of his responsibilities and younger son was shameless and crossed his lines . Anupama disagrees with Avan and they have angry confrontation.
At Kavya’s house she detects a shadow moving near her door . She opens the door n confronts the guy who is standing there , he states he was just talking on his mobile , she was worrying unnecessarily. Kavya gets scared n alerts the security of the building complex . She asks him to check unwanted persons’s entry near her flat. That they should come n check .

Anupama gives her blessings to Sananand assures they will remain together . She vouches her support .
