@bold: Even I was thinking of that very contrast. Just last week, he was fully blaming Imlie for not being more careful and how her one mistake can ruin all relationships.....that guy today has lost all thoughts about being careful and is blasting everyone left, right and center cuz he can't control his protectiveness for Imlie and he isn't being able to hide it anymore either.....the same guy who could only think about saving his rishta with Malini last week is so far gone today that he can't see anything in front of Imlie's hurt.....he's gone to the extent even of labeling Malini as "Miss Chaturvedi".....lol

I too think this is open Malini eyes rather than Imlie and Aditya... they will be guilt ridden but Malini will now observe them. many things happened in a short period of time so on the surface she might be ok fine and might want to stay in her castle but her mother teachings are going to keep poking her. She will now always come in between and like how she divided the roti, she will keep dividing them. But little does she knows that even if she divided the roti they still shared the same roti and that not going to change. They share a connection and it’s becomes so strong due to the circumstances they faced, so though it might look that they are separate, they will always stand together.

Another fabulous episode!! The show is rocking! Again such beautiful and subtle story-telling!

- The way Malini tore the moti roti ( something that defines Imlie and something that has become very close to Aditya's heart) apart , on the surface it looked like she was just splitting it in half. But, if you notice the background music, there was clear indication that Malini will tear Aditya and Imlie apart or at least she'll try to. I am certain about it unless cvs decide to change the track which they sometimes do because of trps.

- Oh my goodness!! The way Aditya was missing Imlie!! 😳 It was so much more than what I had expected! Hum toh thoda sa main hi khush ho jatain. 😳 The way he said twice the house is too quiet today, the way he was looking for her all over the house and the way he expected her with the tea. The beautiful and profound connection that was established in their second PD visit, clearly left it's mark. It's still very much there though neither acknowledges it.

- Badke kaka seems to be very attached to the song "suhane raat.." 😆 Kahi kho gaye, bechare..😆

- Bechara Sundar...he just can't compete with Imlie. 😃 I like the actor!

I dunno about Malini becoming psycho😆.....so far no signs of that happening....but I also agree that this isn't a small fight.....more importantly, it's a very PUBLIC fight that has happened in front of her parents too.....not the same thing as both of them fighting in their room.....so I do think this should bring about some shift in the storyline.

At the very least, Malini should stop being so oblivious and start noticing the connection b/w Adi-Imlie more.....aaj bhi kitni aasaani se she blurted out that they care for each other without realizing that she's hit a nerve.....dono awkward ho gaye the thoda uske baad, did you notice?😆

Ek option yeh bhi hai ki she might end up feeling sorry for Imlie cuz of the illegitimacy revelation and may decide to help get her to college.....baaki Adi might be too shaken by showing this much emotion for Imlie toh woh thodi der ke liye retreat kar jaaye....lol

thand rakho behan thand WOh bhi aayega.. it's only 70 episodes old show... sab kuch aayega there is a reason they keep mentioning it over and over warna woh sapna shaadi ke saath hi phur ho jaata in epi 10... give them time abhi toh humein bohat aage tak jaana hai.. gradually everything will happen😃 i'd rather have them go at a gradual pace then get done with every plotpoint super early and then start the random leaps and nonsense IFYWIM

by psycho maniac i meant she will be on high alert as in she will get Increasingly sensitive and might start reacting more impulsively instead of still understanding or joining the dots... not that she will flip and become totally negative. sorry wrong use of word hahah but yes it is about TIme Malini starts noticing things and it is funny ke she also observes and blurts so casually ke they care yet doesn't actually try to get to the root of it why so it's not like she is unaware ke adi and imli have care ka rishta.. 😆

ofcourse they got super awkward and isi liye i felt adi went the extra mile to flirt so much with malini to put her more at ease as in zyada soch rahi ho aap way main to distract her from noticing the so obvious worry he had for imlie there and he was successful in distracting her there hahah

LOL I'm not sure what exactly they were trying to signify with Malini splitting the roti, but I did laugh when she said, "Sharing is caring"😆.....the irony was too much since she doesn't realize she's sharing a husband with Imlie right now😆.

Malini will remain a wedge issue between Adi-Imlie long term, no doubt. I don't know if she will deliberately try to tear them apart or it will be a case of her unwittingly tearing them apart due to circumstances.

But the other notable thing was that even if Malini tries to tear them apart, Imlie is the kind of soul who will find her whole world even in one scrap of that roti because she will focus on the fact that Adi cared for her rather than whether she gets the whole share to herself.

Imlie has done so much for Adi and he has been slowly witnessing this all along. Her sacrifices, her pride, her sense of fair play, her loyalty, her unselfishness and he has felt unable to protect her. She has saved his life twice with no expectation in return. The guilt eats him up inside a lot that he hasn't been able to do anything for her when she has pretty much given him everything without even asking.....so I think it is that guilt that bursts out in moments like these with Mrs. C where he reacts from that basic feeling of having failed Imlie in some form.....it's like a boomerang reaction then and he goes to a whole other extent showing that he cares WAY more than he allows himself to show.
