Nothing new in it. Whoever is close to Rubina in week, will get this beizzati. For last few weeks, Nikki was the one, now Arshi. This couple encourage other to do bad-tamizi, and then try to separate from them. Rubina was supporting and justifying what Arshi was doing this week, which encouraged her more.
