But Human Abhay was shown too weak, I mean there should be some mystery at end like what happened to Abhay, May be he was still a powerful human, super human , some kind of ability

I agree with you all. There were lot of loopholes. Many backstories were missing.

And yup that girl Abhay was shown talking in forest was not Maya. She just appeared in that episode only and was never shown again. I think CVs didn't plan anything about her either.

You guys are so right. Maithli costumes were not Indian (she looked pretty in that though). I guess they just copy pasted from Vampire Diaries and didn't care for dresses.

And the way Abhayendera Maithli were shown alone in room isn't possible by Indian culture.

Ametz story was wonderful and Maithli was a great lover but to copy paste again, they showed her as villain. And they showed the Maithli loved Abhayendera even as Vampire but didn't tell why she didn't go to Abhay all these centuries.

It was awful really.

And even ruin that ouija board scene where Maithli spirit talked to Piya.

They even ruin Panchi by making her fall for Abhay. Panchi had nice character and was shown independent by her love for pets and working for woman rights. But as the show progressed she ended up as bimbo finding love in every man who talked to her. 🙄

Also Piya hated Arnab so much but after the revelation to Dobriyals, she just ran to Arnab and adjusted so easily. Like she just wanted to be there from very start and jumped in opportunity. That was weird.

Did someone remember why Alina was hated by Dipanita? I think they never cleared that part, right?

Yup that girl was for one episode and it was never cleared what she was talking to half naked Abhay. Though Panchi had mentioned she was upset from sometime, the reason was never told.

So true. Pkyek was the best and no other show can replace it despite the shortcomings.

Another thing I forgot to mention. The name Mathili was not even Indian; approximately 250 to 300 years ago (as I know) the christianity didn't spread; it had come after a while. Even if it was there; it supposed to be a title given by some British Administrators or another foreigners. They should have shown the past story properly! 🤔😶

In Ramayana, Sita is knows as Maithili n. So it could be a indian name too..

Yeah girl! I just checked it! You are right. It's Mai-thili not Math-li. Their pronunciation confused me that's why I said it! Thank you dear for clearing my doubts! I am taking my previous post's words back! Sorry, my mistake!😢

I for one didn’t like the ending, or season 2/ second half for that matter. The werewolf addition, at least the way it was done, seemed tacky and out of no where. That and Arnab becoming a vampire 🤣 that was super weird

As much as I love Abhiya and their chemistry, one thing that I see at upmost importance in a relationship is trust and communication, and I found the latter sorely lacking. Abhay not telling Piya the truth about Sid and who he was, not communicating why she was in danger and all that, the bite (like he could’ve just told her the truth and that its effects will fade by the next full moon, sure she’ll be upset but at least she knows), etc. Lots of running about, think of what would happen if he just told her everything she wanted to know 🤣

but their chemistry, whenever we got it, was one of my favorite things about the show! Made up for some of the cheesier things the writers threw in there 😆

agree with wanting to see more varied vampire Abhay scenes, they started to get repetitive after the memory loss track began
