Actually that wasn’t unheard of back in those days. But a lot of kids have their cycles at 10/11. In fact I know someone who got it when they were 8. But I think according to cannon, Anirudh is 22 and Bondita is 11, the actual ages of the actors. So medically yes it’s possible, and horribly enough it’s not unheard of children having children at 12.
