Your opinion on this cute actress from Notebook?

I think Pranutan Behl is Salman Khan's best launch yet. She has the looks, the talent, and the screen presence, and was just adorable in her debut film Notebook, a love story set in Kashmir, a movie which was like a whiff of fresh air in an industry which has all but relinquished the romantic genre. She has no hype, hardly anyone knows about her, and yet, there's something special about her -- she manages to hold your attention, and that's a rare feat in today's times, when we are oversaturated with plastic faces and mediocre nepo kids.

Has anyone seen Notebook and what is your opinion of her, if you have?

Bland and forgettable! She has the face of a typical 'Amma Jaan'

I had added this movie to my watchlist but didn't get the time / opportunity to watch it yet.

This girl is probably granddaughter of Nutan. I remember reading something like that. She is not really a head turning beauty but she seems to have a certain elegant aura. Somewhat different from other plastic starkids.

I liked the movie and the actress. Salman did well producing this film. I was surprised to see he was behind it lol.

One of Pranutan's strength is that she doesn't look like anyone else. I think she has a movie coming out with Aparshakti Khurana but it was announced a long time ago. Not sure what the progress is with that one. Hope it comes soon and that Pranutan does more movies!

Very good movie and actress..

I saw the film. I was surprised, because there was no hype but she performed well and has a pleasant presence.

However, I'm not overwhelmed with excitement.

Ananya Panday gave a better performance in SOTY 2. Sharmin Segal in Malaal gave a much better performance in the same year too. She has a lot of work to do if she wants to make a mark.
