What I think is there were two phases of OTT releases during the pandemic: Pre-SSR demise, Post-SSR Demise. Pre phase movies were welcomed with open arms, post phase were all rejected.

Title is misleading.

Why is gulabo sitabo not mentioned , it could be that it is the highest watched movie for amzon.

Shakuntala was post only.

Though most ott movies (including Shakuntala) have turned out to be hot garbage.

They couldn't compete with ott web series.

The others have been out for months and Cooolie #1 had one week of play in 2020.

Personally for me, I thoroughly enjoyed Shakuntala and Gunjan! Baaki saaare releases was just a huuuge blurr.
