Lol Prachi was always praised in the past. Did you forget everything? For her work, for her skills, for her behavior, everything. Even after Prachi stopped Ranbir's forced marriage, she was immensely praised.
And when her mother was humiliated, I think you are talking about Diwali, she was no more a mere worker, she was the daughter who has every right to stay in the house.
Exactly. And yet people treat her like no less than dirt and she is okay with that and want her mother to move there? And eventually she'll forget everything. That's what is pissing off about her. She has all the rights to be enraged at what's happening to her. But she isn't. Her sister tried killing her and now she is striking a deal with that monster for her mom to get married to a man who couldn't care less about her?

Well said. Love isn't everything. Love is a driving force to work on something but sometimes the reality is too complex that even love isn't enough and in most cases it never is. There's a very few cases where love surpasses reality. So once you reach the maturity where you understand this, you can never look at romance movies or shows the same way. You can always just look at it as a fictional piece that in no way transcends to reality.
That's the only way to do it. I mean i've always known there is more to the world than what they show in most movies, books and shows but as you grow older and realize exactly how false the narratives being spun in them really was, it still takes you off guard.
For example i watched OTH as a teen and used to love the show. The quotes in that show were so relatable for one but now i realize how much BS there was in it. Especially when i know they somewhat came from a man who was abusing those very actresses on his show. SMH. I can never look at it the same way again.
Similarly, there was another show i watched as a teen where i liked the male character because he just seemed so sure of himself and charismatic, later realized i only liked it because of the actor and his characters was misogynist and hypocritical AF.
Hell yeah she even gave muh tod jawab to those who are living off her fatherâs hard earned money
When was this. I literally can't remember. This happened?

Man i was really trying to tune down the essay wala part. Seems like i still have to work on that. I honestly can't even remember where this conversation started from.
Just that it seems better than reading a 600 page book on current world crises.

Diwali humiliation of Prachi and Pragya..
What's going on here? Getting psychology lessons vibes. These are fictional characters and the actors get paid for their portrayal so why are we racking our brains on them which even the writers don't dođ
