Double standards of housemates.

It's so obvious now that most of the housemates look down on Rakhi. They don't consider her of their level.

Arshi can pull Mahajan's dhoti and everyone laughs at that including Mahajan.

Even Nikki pulls Mahajan's shorts and he has no problem with that.

Mahajan has himself given this liberty to everyone that they can pull off physical jokes on him.

But if Rakhi does that, everyone has got a problem?

Okay fine, Rakhi doesn't have that equation with Mahajan so she doesn't have that liberty.

But she was still doing a task. Other housemates had to ignore her and she had to make them not do that.

If she pulled Mahajan's dhoti for that, it was for the task. That was her strategy. It wasn't a big deal for her, because Mahajan doesn't make a big deal about it with others.

Didn't Eijaz make Jaan lick the toilet seat in angel Vs devil task. Aly and Nikki didn't have any problem with that. At that time, there was no boundaries for tasks.

Now they are setting boundaries ki aap aisa nahi Kar sakte, waisa nahi kar sakte?

Just because it was Rakhi, Mahajan got a problem, and other housemates got an excuse to give all their coins to them.

Lol at the way Aly straightaway went to Mahajan to give all his coins, like he was going to do anything different if this incident didn't happen.

And double lol at the way everyone was giving a "gender reversed" scenario to blame Rakhi.

Men like Rahul Vaidya and Aly only care about "equality" when they get the short end of the stick. Otherwise they find it cute when girl changes her name after marriage.

Yes, it's not a big deal if women tear apart men's clothes but not the other way round because society don't expect men to be ashamed of their bodies like women. Deal with it Men!!!

And who the hell is Mahajan to stop Rakhi from entering the house? Bigg Boss uska Ghar Hain kya? And why were other housemates supporting him on that? Is it because he's powerful and influential?

I think so. Most of the housemates supported Mahajan because he's from a political family. At least Abhinav did for sure because his loyalties don't lie with him.

Rubina is dumb so probably did whatever her husband was doing.

I applaud Eijaz and Sonali for standing with the right.

On a side note, why was everyone over Rakhi if she doesn't want to do house chores because there's no captain?

Isn't this the same excuse given by Nikki to not do house chores? Other housemates find that okay because she's youngest, she's immature choti bachhi toh uske liye sab chalta hain.

Again double standards!!!

First of all, Arshi lightly pulled down his dhoti and not completely tore it off to reveal his under wear. So their’s a difference but yes Arshi was wrong in doing that and only got saved from bashing because she didn’t tore up Mahajan’s dhoti and even then Mahajan himself, Jas, Aly and Rahul V had told her not to do this but in a subdued manner.

Everyone here knows how much I dislike Jas and Nikki but no I won’t sympathize with Rakhi on this matter cuz as a guy I know how embarrassing it would’ve been for Mahajan to face that on national television.

If Rakhi had done this in big brother US or UK she could’ve gotten charged for sexual harassment.

If a guy had done the same thing to a woman on the show and then got targeted by the rest of the housemates for doing so toh tab bhi sab ko uske liye sympathetic lagta ke “oh no! He didn’t mean it and he has some past issues so over look his mistake and everyone is ganging up on him” ? 😂😂

I agree with you. The housemates are being righteous and holier-than-thou which they are not. Rahul seemed to have enjoyed earlier and Rakhi did it in fun and character and truth is even movies show dhoti is fallen for comedy. Plus yes its a lot different for men and women cos men are not treated as sex objects and character assassinated for it but still if Rahul dint want fine, Rakhi stopped and end of discussion. The housemates stand was uncalled for and unnecessary inspite of the fact that she apologized

I do feel most housemates look down upon Rakhi and Arshi as per their convenience. Nikki said gand abt them, Jasmin convent comment and Rubina follows where there is majority and doesn't quite stand out. Jasmin has become damn irritating and its all bcos she has Ali's support.

Only ppl I liked in today's episode were Eijaz, Sonali ji and Vikas. They were sane rest all looked like a bunch of bullies, the way Rahul mocked Eijaz was also so irritating. Rakhi clearly wanted to give her best in tht character to probably get vamp roles in future.

The task was super boring and majority of the housemates didn’t want to make Rakhi captain so they found a mudda and dragged it which is thr specialty these days. Har mudday mein dikhna hai aur ghusna hai and hence the task got radh. It was perfect chance for some housemates to show we stand up for each other 🤪

Please tell me what is it that Nikki and Rubina have not said against Rahul in the first phase that Eijaz has said that Rahul is holding against Eijaz so much??

@bold, like I said, these gender reversed scenarios of "what if it was a man doing it to woman" only blows the issue out of proportion.

Men can roam shirtless unlike women.

Men aren't treated as sex objects like women.

Men aren't told to be ashamed of their bodies by society like women.

So we can't hold them on the same parameter to judge.

Just because men tearing apart clothes of women is considered problematic, the other way round shouldn't be considered the same when it's not. That's just men's ego being hurt because they aren't getting the special treatment.

Bringing US and UK laws is also not right. Because women in India don't get the same freedom like women living in US and UK.

Even if we agree that what Rakhi did was wrong, it was not a reason to stop the task.

The contestants just got an excuse to give all their coins to Mahajan because they didn't want to make Rakhi captain.

So wait do you mean to tell me that men like Hritikh Roshan, Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ronaldo etc aren’t sexually objectified by countless women around the world?

Why are men constantly asked to parade their bodies and whats with the obsession with six pack abs then? Lol

If you want I can give you the links of countless buzzfeed articles thirsting over men and objectifying them while simultaneously condemning men for doing the same thing. That is hypocrisy imo and I believe neither gender should be objectified.

Men aren’t told to be ashamed of their bodies? Really? Then why are overweight men fat shamed? Why are short men made fun off due to their small height? 😂😂

This isn’t a case of men demanding special treatment (fragile masculinity) it’s about equal treatment regardless of gender and fyi that is exactly what feminism (which I whole heartedly support) entails (equally treatment of everyone regardless of gender).

And just because gender rights in India might not be as advanced as the west doesn’t mean we lower our expectations for gender equality.

Having said all that, yes most of the housemates reacted that way cause they didn’t want Rakhi to be the captain and they’ll bashed because of it on wkw cause bb specifically designed this task because they wanted Rakhi to become the new captain 😂😂

You are bringing exceptions to prove your point. I didn't just say that men don't get objectified or aren't told to ashamed of their bodies.

I said it doesn't happen to men LIKE WOMEN. I was making a comparison. Men don't face even 5% of these problems like women.

Do men get sexually objectified in the same proportion like women?

Only hot men get sexually objectified. But in case of women, it happens to every young women even if she doesn't want it.

And no men aren't told to be ashamed of their bodies LIKE WOMEN. For women, beauty is considered everything, not for men.

Yes, it's fragile masculinity of men and nothing else. That's why they put scenarios of "what if it happened to women" to make the men's issue more serious when it isn't. Because that's just belittling problems which women face and acting like a crybaby because they also want to be the victim like women.

Let's see what happens in WKV. We all know how much Salman loves the mean girls Jasmin and Nikki to say anything to them.

The way I see it where Rakhi went wrong was consent. Rahul M. was clearly against Rakhi pulling his dhoti. Who is he okay to disrobe him and who not is his choice. When is he okay and when is he not okay is his choice too. If the act was with his consent, then it would not be wrong on Rakhi's part. Taking a task this seriously is not okay. Eijaz telling that to Jaan was not okay and he was criticised for it. Nikki had to hear a earful too when she hid the mask in her underpants. There are some human dignity lines that shouldn't be crossed in a task too.

Only Rahul M. had a right to create a ruckus, if he felt so. Rest all the HM's are 'classy' hypocrites. Jasmin and Aly are bullying Rakhi with no restraint. Jasmin kicking Rakhi's duck head which she adores so much and Aly calling her pagal again and again is disgusting 👎🏼 Baki sab HMs ne task mein dekha mauka aur mara chauka. Jabardasti ka stand for own benefit. Most of the HMs have no guts when it comes to Aly.

No expectations from WKV in favour of Rakhi. Jasmin and Nikki have always been favoured + finally they are doing something. BB14 mein 2 bacche hai - Nikki and Jasmin. Request to BB makers - please next time only grown ups ko leke aana. Otherwise, thode tameezdaar bacche leke aana - whether from Public, Private, International, Holistic, Convent or Home school.

The way HMs are ganging up on Rakhi is disgusting. Bunch of bullies!!!

Salman really needs to call them out or this would continue for next week and I can't see that.
