Should Indian censor board allow actresses to go topless in Bollywood movies like the actors?

I don't even like intimate or kissing scenes in bollywood movies, not even abusing and harassing ones. If it's the demand of the story (harassment) then it's fine. But what's the need of including abuses, intimate scenes (there are many other ways to show the love between a couple)????
