Kriti Sanon -- your opinions on her?

An actress who has managed to shine even in projects which were male-centric such as Luka Chuppi and Paanipat is Kriti Sanon. Not an easy task, if you ask me! I consider her a good actress, she was absolutely natural and a complete charmer in Bareilly Ki Barfi ( relatable and doughty), a scene-stealer in Luka Chuppi (she completely outshined Kaartik Aryaan) and the only good thing about Paanipat IMO. Some people call her bland on this forum, I think she's cute and charming and has a pleasant vibe to her.

Do you think that Mimi will turn things round for her?

How is LC a male-centric film? It was a rom com with equal space for both Kriti and Kartik.

Overall, I think Kriti is a decent actor. I remember thinking she's pretty but nothing particularly striking back in the days of Heropanti and Dilwale. Since then she's come a long way with BKB/LC and fits the mould of the Bollywood heroine. I've also noticed that Kriti often gets overlooked here for her stardom but she's definitely among the 10 leading female BO draws today. Mimi will give her a chance to show her range beyond the rom-com space and also hopefully prove her star power (as sadly people never credit actresses for their involvement in rom-coms).

She's a decent actress, and has a strong screen presence... I liked her in Lukka Chuppi, Bareilli ki Barfi and Paanipat as well...

But though I do think she can look stylish/glamorous in the right get up tbf, I don't find her pretty at all personally, one of those girls who's considred good looking solely for being very fair imo...

Basically I did find her good in some roles but I don't think she's exceptional in any way (not looks, acting, personality/presence) tbh... so I overall she's not one of my favourites, but I don't dislike her either.
