Nahi, they listen to Shukla just 1% when he has important information. Pehle they used to keep him because he knew about that kaal ganak and a lot of secrets. Now he knows some of them but Balwant has rather big problems. He's still their security incharge toh I think at least 1% sunte hai. Like he can influence them like just 1%
