Aari strategy was to be the talk of the town and he couldn't do it by being nice guy and so decided to be the opposite ... BB wasted by not including WP task, maybe he could have been in that too with some people...

In the end Aari got what he wanted, now have to see how he takes it forward...

This is why I dislike Aari. Bala when he was raising against rio/archana domination fought with them directly.

Instead her Aari went after sam. Now he is only bullying sam ( who come what my wont scream).

1st of all one should not expect others to function the way he or she wants.. he wants to hear what he want too.. which is very difficult that too in bb.

we hire humans not robots, try to tap off their individual management/skills( have worked only in usa though and I am not in marketing/sales).

Mostly if I say someone micromanages that is considered in negative connotation.

So far my team is comfortable with me and have shared their personal problems with me!Will they do it if i mismanaged them,As far as you know your team well micromangement isnt bad

I mentioned in my post how badly he treated Nisha and Ajeeth...but you are going back and forth to prove something else

Whatever the rapport may be with ajeeth.. why need to bully Nisha just for playing. He made her to ask Sorry so many times and created a big scene out of nothing.

He is captain now, so he will try to tone down this week while others might try the same tricks on him ... Next week is diwali week maybe light hearted tasks and no elimination my guess.. if so it might save him..
