You mean Kamal should talk in pure Tamil ? He was doing it before but many couldn't understand it and toned it down to what it is now... if you meant about contestants then it's okay I agree...

I mentioned this in my post as well.. there the creative team works... Even with 10mins discussion they used it for their show.

The moment someone micromanages, I will quit the team. I have expressed this to a colleague who had just become a manager and she corrected it right off.

we hire humans not robots, try to tap off their individual management/skills( have worked only in usa though and I am not in marketing/sales).

Mostly if I say someone micromanages that is considered in negative connotation.
