Food for Thought: Death and Betrayal

Recently binge watched the first 80 episodes again, and the re-opening of the case by Suman had me thinking:

Given that Daddu hates civilians so much, has been such a huge reason for the split between Malhotras and Tiwaris, and the fact that he quickly deduced and pointed the entire thing on Devraj, do you think he knew about the faulty vests from the other officer, and assumed that Vijay would break his friendship with Devraj over the same so allowed it to continue? I mean, he obviously did not want the vests to pass the testing and his son to die due the same, and thought the army would and should give the contract to someone else. But then post all that happened, maybe got a heart attack and died due to the guilt?

Would be mega-interesting if whenever they shift the focus from this jealousy track, they explore that Sumo, who has extended the case to frame Devraj finds out her Daddu also has a part to play in her dad's untimely death and then truly makes amends with Shravan..(would have suited better if BB was alive and they showed a confrontation, but some things just remain wishes)

The whole Vikram , Sophie angle with SuVan itself is very stupid of CVs. Pandemic hai toh bekaar mein 2 actors ko aur kyo rakhna. I can't believe they are Showing Shravan with Vikram/Sophie these days more than with our Bunty.

@Bold : We don't know if Daddu is dead. I mean there are no pictures of him on the wall given the head of the family he was. I wish that oldie could see Shravan in uniform and then die. (Sorry for being harsh)

I miss Sumo and Bunty trapping Shravan in his lies 😆, the masti wala love between Bunty and Kancha 😛and the unbreakable bond between Kancha and Shravan too 🤗. After leap has destroyed my Core 4 😭

Yes, it was out in the media just before the leap and when the tragedy occurred, but I was suspecting something else. Maybe the other officer deducing it to being faulty, tried to inform Col. Vijay but Daddu picked up the call instead, but he let it go thinking that Col. Vijay will find out later and the friendship between the two, which is already on a fragile note, would break. This is from the right after lockdown era, even before Col. Vijay used those vests and died, around the time when he was dhamkofying Devraj.

I would love to see Suman confront BB over all the MUs he has created!
