What would be the daily routine of Bigg Boss?

This is quite a weird question but something which I've always pondered about every season while watching the show.

The man behind the voice of Bigg Boss is a real person. His name is Atul Kapoor who also dubbed for Jarvis and Vision in the Hindi version of MCU movies.

So while this show runs for months and we see contestants locked in a house and witness all their struggles, imagine how it would be for this man to watch these crazy people 24/7, living all alone away from his family, always in his toes to make any announcement, as you don't know when any contestant would go crazy.

Imagine if Bigg Boss is taking bath and exactly at that time a physical fight happens between contestants, or maybe a contestant is about to run away by climbing the walls.

How would Bigg Boss stop them if he's busy doing some.... other stuff?

I would like to know the daily routine of Bigg Boss. After all, there's a normal human being behind that voice who has needs and wants like any of us.
