Yes shravan might realise that Suman still has feelings for him and that she just pretend that she moved on with vikram but when their misunderstanding will be cleared inspire of knowing Suman loves him he will leave her bc he was indepted to vikram ......that’s what I think 🤔 but I m want something more intense to happen btw Suvan .

LOL yes, none of this is surprising for Shravan....but I will add that it's interesting that Suman is so concerned about Shravan ka physical discomfort, yet she seems to have no clue about the emotional and mental wounds she still keeps giving him.
