I think she was referring to vani not Shakura & veer. Mayuri understood there is more than between the two. Now their equation have been changed

There is some connection between veer and bani since satyug as aakesh and nageshwari, but it's hard to understand what that is.

She's ofcourse referring to vani, because mayuri and jay are watching as veer and bani are together against shakura and veer showing protectiveness for bani
